Super view over Patong Beach.
Pros:

An amazing view on the beach since it is located right in front of the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to everything and a 7/11 supermarket just 5 minutes away.

Cons:

The stairs, because it had no elevator to go to the fourth floor, however the staff was so friendly to carry the luggage for us. The very very small swimming pool in the front.

Excellent little hotel that’s close to everything!
Pros:

Rooms were very nice and had everything we needed. Location is excellent- right across the street from the beach and could walk to Bang La Road in 10 minutes! Lovely pool area also! Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and free bottled water! Staff was very friendly and attentive also! If you are someone that wants a resort style hotel then this isn’t for you. But we had a comfy bed, cold A/C, nice TV, amazing shower, minibar, fridge, all the necessary items. And it was $85 / night! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this little gem!

Cons:

We did not have one complaint about this property!

Great location in front of the beach
Pros:

Great location and rooms were clean

Cons:

When we arranged an early check out and transfers to the airport. The lady booked on for two people rather than the four requested. She was not helpful at all and insisted it was for two, when we clearly asked for four people. The lady who booked us in was great though!

Disappointing. Not recommended and will never go back there
Pros:

Nothing except it is in front of a unclean beach.

Cons:

They should not be on the list. These people don’t have elevator on the property. No bell boy or staff to carry your luggage. Rude staff.
