If you want to stay somewhere that’s within walking distance to most attractions and is luxurious then this is the place
Pros:

Location was just the best. Absolutely close to everything you need. Can walk around to most things. Food was amazing and the staff were the most beautiful people ever

Cons:

Our room was and inside room with no windows so was a tad small

Good view, great staff very friendly and worth staying at.
Pros:

Good location, staff was friendly and always have a smile. Gym is good enough for a quick workout to burn the food and alcohol if need too.

Cons:

Hotel is divided into 3 areas elevators are split into different sections cant use just any elevator

Value for money!
Pros:

Originally our room was on a small size but then we upgraded it to a larger one which was great!
I suppose you get what you pay for!

A great hotel but poor air-con reduced sleep quality
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very clean throughout. Food lovely and good value. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work in our room which resulted in an uncomfortable sleep. We informed them in the morning and a maintenance engineer attended immediately. Although he got it working the fan speed was too slow and inefficient. When we came back late at night the room was very warm and once the room card was inserted it took until the early hours to cool the room.,

A lovely hotel with fantastic staff in a great location
Pros:

Lovely rooftop pool and bar. Staff excellent. Attentive and friendly while being professional. Very clean.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Just check if you’re getting the Tranquil Room as it has no window. This was in the description, however I hadn’t read it thoroughly as booked last minute. It worked in our favour as we had a great sleep in 😃

It's central location, was great for all we had planned at in Ho Chi Minh, the staff were exceptional the service and food were fantastic.

Cons:

The pool wall interior edges needs to be cleaned thats was the major thing visible, definately not sound proof between walls but not too much disruption.

Incredible staff, great location, toddler friendly
Pros:

We had an incredible experience at Alagon, the staff were absolutely amazing and were so good with our 2 year old. Highly recommend if you are travelling with a toddler! Breakfast was delicious, actually even dinner was amazing.

Great stay for a central, walkable visit to the city.

Fantastic location for central city. Excellent fat - pool, wellness, breakfast, rooftop bar.

Cons:

My room was very dated and could be improved with some updates. Also after several days a lack of a window (I was aware when I booked) became a bit dark and gloomy.

Worth the price.
Pros:

Staffs are all nice and amazing. They even allowed us to use shower room on rooftop before our night flight after checked out. Breakfast was so delicious and they provide cooked noodle soap and eggs. The location is really convenient to lost famous spots for walking distance.
