Prima hotel op een centrale locatie in Ho Chi Minh City. Vanuit het hotel kun je de stad goed verkennen. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Wij vonden vooral het lagere gedeelte van de ontbijtruimte erg leuk en sfeervol. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamers waren, hoewel niet erg ruim, verder prima.
Het zwembad op het dak was aardig, maar het water was behoorlijk koud en het zwembad sloot naar onze mening erg vroeg. Ook zaten er in de kleine pool her en der wat tegeltjes los.
Daarnaast werd het pand direct naast het hotel verbouwd. Vanaf ongeveer 07.00 uur 's ochtends was er zeer veel geluidsoverlast. Het klonk soms alsof er direct door de slaapkamermuur heen werd geboord of gehakt. Dat was behoorlijk vervelend en had duidelijk invloed op ons verblijf.
El servicio de masajes es muy bueno, eL servicio y el personal es excepcional, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Habitacion de tamaño estandar aunque ambiente y decoración muy elegante.
la piscina es pequeña y al lado de un bar/restaurante bastante ruidoso. El desayuno y el restaurante es bueno pero un poco caro. Las tuberias del servicio son muy antiguas y no dejan tirar papel higienico, a diferencia de otros hoteles.

We loved the central location of this hotel as well as the comfortable bed and pillows. This hotel is very well priced for its location. It’s walking distance to the Ben Than market and all the good eateries.
The only thing I didn’t like was that not every elevator got you to the rooftop pool, but this was ok once you knew which elevator to get.
Great hotel super clean and even Had security so felt so safe.
Room was small but bathroom was huge.
Location second to none close to everything restaurant massage markets and walking st. Staff were fabulous.
Bed was very a bit hard and a little street noise (arrived on a Saturday so lots going on)

Sadly we had a shirt and an expensive drink bottle go missing. Partly our fault due to leaving the bottle behind at the pool area but we did go back quite quickly to retrieve the item and it was gone. A staff member helped us look around the area and we reported it to reception in case the bottle was handed in. On the night before our departure we discovered a shirt was missing. The staff viewed the CCTV footage and came to the conclusion that we left both items at the pool and it was our fault. Miraculously the bottle reappeared in the middle of the night…. Aside from this issue the location was great for us. We walked nearly everywhere we wanted to go, eg, the war museum, the market, the HCM museum and Tonkin coffee. The pool and deck area is nice and was quite breezy which was great. We were given several vouchers on arrival - free meal x2, free cocktails x2 and free foot massages x2. The foot massage was the best I’ve ever had so I booked a back and shoulder massage for an hour which was also fabulous. We booked a no window room and this was fine. Bed was quite hard and shower put a lot of water into the bathroom. Breakfast was a fantastic array of Vietnamese and western dishes with omelettes being made fresh. Overall would’ve been a great stay if we hadn’t had to deal with strange disappearances.
The walls are paper thin so noise at night is an issue here.

Great breakfast
The room was really nice and comfortable. Limited space for 2 suitcases but workable. Had everything we needed and a quiet area. Good hanging space and a good shower. The spa and promo vouchers were a great extra.
Guest service was awesome and Lucy made every effort to look after us.
Little dated in some areas but still very nice.
Odd layout with basically 3 hotels conjoined but essentially the same staff and services just depends which door you come in.
