Cons:

Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, bitte darauf achten, in welchem Hotel gebucht wird - es gibt Zwei. Das Hotel mit dem Spa scheint komfortabler zu sein, ggf. auch die Zimmer. Es gibt auch mehrere Eingänge, vor und hinter dem Haus, etwas verwirrend. Wir haben nur für eine Nacht gebucht, das war o.k.. Frühstück haben wir nicht eingenommen, können wir nichts dazu beitragen. Personal ist bemüht.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is slapbang in the middle of all the attractions everything is walking distance, from the independence palace and war museum. The post office and cathedral, the boulevard from ho chi Minh statue to the river and for the evening you are minutes from bui vien street good food and bars galore.
The staff are all friendly and helpful especially at breakfast keeping tables cleared food in the buffet stocked and cups for the coffee

Cons:

The only fault and it's not that big a deal but the water was tepid in the shower with the heat outside not having roasting hot water wasn't that much of a problem

Perfect!
Pros:

Amazing staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, and the best location in central Ho Chi Minh, District 1, only 5-10 mins walk to Bui Vien streer for great entertainment, delicious beers and plenty of yummy restuarants. Would definitely stay here again!
