The location is good and not too crowded.
The airconditioning system is already weak.
The place is Good for the money the staff are friendly and always smiling thanks for accomodating us during our stay for 4 days.

Несколько далековато от метро, но рядом есть автобусная остановка . Маловат размер номера. Душ прям над унитазом, очень тесно.

worst than hotels in geylang. No towels and disposable cups. Room small n cramp. I Book for my relatives from taiwan and I find it so embarrassing.
Even though it's not near to the main tourist sites, I really enjoyed the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the Whampoa hawker centre is pretty much right across the street. Also convenience stores and whatever else you might need is within walking distance. The room was very small, however, and after 3 nights I was ready to leave just for this reason alone. Everything was decently clean and the staff was friendly. Hot water, air conditioning and WiFi worked well.
Unlucky for us but the were in the middle of three days of maintence during our stay, which generated noise on our floor. They kindly offered to move us to another room, on a different floor, to avoid this inconvenience, however, it would've been a downgrade as far as the room type, so we couldn't accept.

Big space for the luggages and stuff. Water are strong more spaces.
The corridor looks old. The women receptionists are not smiling and not accomodating.
I appreciated the guy receptionist who on duty last june 9 morning shift, he was so accomodating and smiling.

When requesting water they are very strict like explaining that everyday they are giving 2bottles, but i’m just wanted to have extra 2bottles for my food.
Compared to fragrance oasis branch they are very accomodating and cheerful easy to ask for help.
I think you can do more better for future clients.
