Pros:

Staff are very friendly. Location is great! Bed is comfortable. Room service was done to replenish towels, water bottles even though I did not put up the sign to make up room. I appreciated that gesture.

Cons:

Since Singapore is a very expensive city, I didn't expect much but it was horrible. Size of the room was too uncomfortable. Make sure since they have many branches of this hotel, they will not reveal which one you are booking when you do it through third party.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

For a single travel, it’s a great deal. It’s clean, easy to access and you have everything you want.
The restaurants are near and you can eat sweet and delicious food.
