Terrible and dirty room
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly and the communication was smooth.

Cons:

The environment is terrible! The room was so small that it was difficult to even open a suitcase. The photos use very heavy filters, which make the room look small but clean and cozy, whereas in reality there is almost no ventilation, the humidity is extremely high, and there is a strong smell of mold.
The bathroom has no separation between wet and dry areas, which is likely why there are no photos of the toilet in the listing — it is very dirty. The shower head is positioned directly above the toilet. The front desk also told me that I need to run the water for about ten minutes before showering in order to get hot water.
Were these issues mentioned anywhere in the hotel description? Later, I stayed at a much better hotel for less money. The conditions at this hotel made me feel like I had gone back twenty years, to a shady budget hotel in a developing country.
I stayed there for 2 hours and then left after I found another new hotel. i couldn't even stay there, let alone sleep there for several days. Btw, the hotel still charged me 2 night fees for these 2 hour stay, even if it's not a place to live for people in 2026.

Für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal,
gute Lage, Bus vor der Haustür,
MRT ca. 1km entfernt,
kleiner 7 Eleven nebenan,
super (sehr günstig, sehr gut) Essens Gelegenheiten direkt gegenüber.

Cons:

Kein Fenster im Zimmer.
(Würde ich nicht mehr machen. Auch wenn man nur kurz in der Stadt ist.)
Schlechte Lüftung trotz Klimaanlage.
Fernseher flimmert. (Ist aber nicht so schlimm, weil man ja nicht zum Fernsehen in der Stadt ist)

- tiny room, very small
- window can be either open or closed during the whole stay as it should be opened by one of the staff and closed each time u want to open it.
- You can hear people in other rooms caughing ot using toilette
