staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room got upgraded from no window to window room

Pros:

The bed was comfy and the aircon worked well. The location was excellent, less than 5mins walk from Lavendar metro station and a few minutes walk to various supermarkets, food courts and restaurants. The staff let us check in as soon as we arrived at 11am. Both of us use earplugs and we got very good nights' sleep.

Cons:

The bathroom was particularly small so the toilet got very wet when you showered. The bedroom area was also small, especially for a couple - although that is to be expected in Singapore. The bathroom door was quite loud when shutting and opening it.

The location is accessible to both metro and shops/restaurants

Cons:

During our stay elevator/lift was not working, they that there is maintenance ongoing from 10am onwards, so it’s very disappointing and lot of struggle as we stayed in fifth floor and I am pregnant with my 2 senior parents.
