The location obviously, the Ibis was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating, we definitely appreciated the latter checkout time

Cons:

This isn't a big deal especially as this was a "cheap" room booked because we couldn't find anywhere else for that night, but even the most basics of tea and coffee making facilities as well as a small fridge to keep a bottle of water and some milk for the coffee would be hugely appreciated, tea and coffee is available downstairs in the bar/lobby but in room would better

Boa relação qualidade preço. Limpo e perto de transportes
Pros:

Limpo e sossegado. A localização não é mesmo no centro mas fica relativamente perto de uma estação de metro/comboio e autocarro. Disponibilizaram cartão de transportes para toda a nossa estadia.

Cons:

Fiquei 3 noites e só fizeram a cama um dos dias.

Everything you need
Pros:

Everything you need in a hotel. Nice staff that was very helpful with our requests. The rooms were quite large (especially the bathroom). The location is a bit outside the center bur in walking distance. Overall its meets the expectations.

Cons:

The response to requests via booking.com was not very good as my second message never got a reply. At the breakfast there is not enough space (or too many tables for four people) and it can get crowded. I left my luggage (which gets locked away) however when I wanted it back I was not asked for any proof that it is mine (although the hotel staff tagged it).
