Pros:

Otel konumu merkeze yakın be ulaşım rahat, ancak bu dönem altyapı çalışmaları şehrin genel yapısını etkilemiş. Otel personelinden Hugo, Bakary, Aleksandra, ve Eyüp hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyorum. Güler yüzleri ve yardımsever çözümleri için.

Pros:

Location was convenient for catching the buses around Geneva. We could leave our luggage after checking out so could sight see

Poor air con, expensive for what you get
Pros:

Reasonably well located for everywhere, 10 minute walk to the train station/one of the main transport areas for buses and trams, around 15-20 minutes down to the lake. Lovely staff that were helpful, nice bar area downstairs to sit in of an evening.

Cons:

Air con in the room was poor, and we visited during a 36-38 degree heatwave, room was not set up for 3 when we arrived, we had to open up the sofa bed (which in fairness was made up inside) and also had to go to reception to get a 3rd towel. Housekeeping took our second key card, we left it in the power slot to keep the Aircon on because it was swallowing outside and as mentioned, the Aircon was poor and they not only removed it (which I could understand and forgive as I do understand the point of those setups is to reduce energy usage) but instead of leaving it in the room, they took it with them. We easily got a replacement but I was then not clear where that third key was/who else could have access to our room. The room was small for three people. It was expensive for what it was.
