Lokalizacja jest w porządku i to chyba jedyna zaletą tego hotelu

Cons:

Wyjątkowo brudny hotel! Podłogi brudne, niesprzątane w pokojach włosy na podłodze i w łazience. Na trzy dni pobytu dla 3 osób dostaliśmy 2 ręczniki które nie były wymieniane. Poduszki śmierdzące! Dawno nie byłam w tak paskudnie zaniedbanym miejscu.

Camera pulita, al pari del bagno. Posizione vicino a varie fermate dei mezzi pubblici (con carta per viaggiare gratuita). Anche a piedi il centro è raggiungibile in poco meno di mezz’ora. Buona colazione. Personale estremamente attento e gentile. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Ci è stata assegnata una stanza che però non era ancora stata pulita, nonostante fosse l’ora del check in. Devo però dire che ci è stata subito data un’altra stanza.

Pros:

Très bon accueil, bien situé, l’arrêt de bus juste en face de l’hôtel permet d’aller directement au centre-ville en 15 minutes. Le parking payant est accessible par l’hôtel, c’est très pratique de pouvoir se garer facilement. La chambre était climatisée, confortable et bien insonorisée. Bon rapport qualité / prix.

The cheapest place we stayed in Switzerland and it felt like it. But comfy beds and good location helped make up for it.
Pros:

Quiet comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Close to the main train station and other public transport links.

Cons:

Staff were unfriendly and not that helpful. Sink was blocked in the bathroom. No pillow or towel was provided for the third guest using the sofa bed.

I specifically booked this for the parking, I arrived at the property to be told parking was full, I asked the lady an alternative and she had no idea. The night shift gentleman was the only good thing about the stay, he was kind and courteous and quite honestly is being wasted in this hotel. The rest of the staff that I dealt with (night shift lady, morning receptionist) clearly did not want to be there and should not be in the hospitality sector, perhaps a non customer facing (and a non customer speaking) role would suit their characteristics.

Me dejé olvidada una bolsa de tela con ropa cara en la puerta del baño y después de reclamarla varias veces desde el mismo día que dejé el hotel ni me han contestado. Muy mal servicio.

Hemen önünde yer alan otobüs durağı ile şehir içi ulaşım da kolay, biz sabah yürüşlerini de tercih ettiğimiz için yakın lokasyonda Botanik Park ve Göle inme imkanı da bulduk.

Θέλαμε να φυγουμε απο το καυσωνα του δωματίου.

Η τοποθεσία ηταν καλή. Η τηλεόραση καλή. Ως εκει.

Cons:

Εν καιρώ καλοκαιριου με 35 βαθμούς είχαν απενεργοποιησει το AC!!
Οταν μπήκαμε τη πρώτη μέρα ηταν ενεργοποιημενο για μισή ωρα και μετα το απενεργοποιησαν!!! 4 μερες λιώσαμε στη ζέστη! Δεν είχαμε παράθυρο να ανοίξουμε κιολας γιατι ανοιγε μονο απο πάνω!!!!! Επικοινώνησα με τη ρεσεψιόν αλλα δε με βοήθησε γιατι όλο ειχε δουλειά. Κατά τ αλλα σχετικα καθαρό.
