Pros:

Регистрацию провела Айгерим, все быстро и отлично!

Cons:

В СПА на зоне тренажеров не возможно было находится, все помещение напоминало сауну, не понятно где и как включается кондиционер или есть ли он там вообще.

В целом все нормально. Айгерим отличный специалист!

Cons:

При просьбе заехать раньше времени (было 12-10, заезд с 15-00) сказали, что номер готов но необходимо будет доплатить 30 Евро. Решил прийти позже. Но при оформлении обратно запросили заполнить данные, хотя я в данном отеле уже 10 раз останавливался, последний был неделю назад до этого заезда. Зачем им тогда заводить базу, если не умеют им пользоваться?! Попросился пройти на завтрак в 6-30 утра вместо 7-00, так как рейс в 10-00. В ресепшне ответили, что возможно, но уже в самом ресторане пришлось опять проситься. Хотя в брошюрах которые в номерах четко указано, что завтраки по будням с 6-30. При отъезде вообще попались какие то недовольные жизнью сотрудники на ресепшен.
Номер был на втором этаже и внутри был страшный запах канализации!

Exceptional stay, but one small detail to improve!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the H4 Hotel München. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and located in a very convenient and quiet area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. All the staff members we encountered were polite, professional, and very welcoming.
However, there is one small detail regarding room privacy that we hope the management can address. On one occasion, the housekeeping staff opened the room door directly without knocking first. Fortunately, we were decent, but it was quite a surprise. We highly recommend that the staff should always knock and wait for a response before using their master card to open the door.
Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

Außergewöhnliches Frühstück

Cons:

Glastür zum Bad ist jetzt nicht so meins, aber tut einem angenehmen Besuch keinen Abbruch.

It was a nice stay
Pros:

It was well designed and the coffee machine in the room was a great touch. The room temperature was very good, especially given that we stayed there during the recent heatwave.
