Pros:

Es ist nicht weit zur U-Bahn und in die Riem Arkaden. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

Hotel ist sehr schön, liegt zentral zur Messe! Frühstück war spitze!

Cons:

Im Badezimmer war die Türe defekt, welche anscheinend fürs WC und Bad gleichzeitig verwendet werden kann! Konnte man aber nicht schließen! :(

Lichtschalter hat nicht immer funktioniert , ebenso die Streckdosen, Betten zu hart, das kleine Leselicht am Bett hat auf beiden Seiten nicht funktionirt. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht !!!!!

Clean and tidy room, great location for visitors to the trade fair, and very friendly staff.

Cons:

However, the hotel layout was confusing, and there were no clear floor plans, so we had to wander around a bit before finding the exit.

Dos funcionários do pequeno almoço...restaurante....do hotel em geral

Cons:

Infelizmente na parte de receção...Não foi das melhores....os quartos nao são limpos e toalha trocadas dutante os 6 dias de estadia ...tivemos que reclamar...e não fomos bem tratados pela receção...e de lamentar um hotel de 4 estrelas ter está politica....pois não reservei a minha estadia numa pensão 1 estrela

Pros:

Das Frühstück war top, Zimmer schön geräumig und sehr sauber. Freundlichkeit des Personals beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption

Cons:

Der Kellner in der Bar machte früher Feierabend.
Wurden um 0 Uhr gebeten noch eins zu trinken und dann zu gehen . Laut Öffnungszeiten soll die Bar bis 1 Uhr offen haben. Hätten gerne unseren Betriebsausflug schöner ausklingen lassen
