For the size of the town the room and hotel was very acceptable. Breakfast was the usual as most hotels.
Would I stay again……yes.
Maybe actually clean bathroom instead of just spraying awful smelling cleaner in tub and leaving it. Toilet disgusting. Breakfast was still frozen
The first room we checked into on the 2nd floor smelled like mildew. We were given a different room #122 that ended up a very nice and comfortable stay. I thought I had left my makeup bag when I checked out so I called and spoke to Lilly she was so kind with offering to bring it to me being that she lived close by. I ended up finding the makeup bag and called to let Lilly know and how much I appreciated her kindness. The breakfast was good and all the staff were friendly.
Great night’s sleep, the room was perfect
Clean room but air conditioner had an odd odor
The building when walking in looks very nice. The staff was beyond kind and attentive when checking in. The elevator was making weird sounds when in use so we used the stairs since our room was on the second floor. Our room was nothing to brag about. It has a very humid smell, the room was large but looked very empty and cheap. The tv was small and the control was very used. The bed was uncomfortable but we really appreciated the mini fridge and microwave(!) that where in the room. Breakfast was nice and filling, the worker was very attentive to everyone and checked in with everybody in the dining area before putting the food away. That was beyond nice. Honestly if the building and rooms had an upgrade it would be pretty top tier but for this visit it was okay. Probably would look elsewhere next time.
All of the people who work here are extremely friendly and helpful!!
Would stay here again for sure.
We were so happy that we found a hotel that doesn't allow pets. Most hotels have gone in that direction and they are disgusting.
Enjoyable stay
Staff was awesome
Nice place in a small town
We had a great experience. We will return.
Bath towels small,rough,not absorbent
Cleanliness and super easy to stay again in the duture
The hotel is good - but the staff made it shine. The only suggestion I have is that they have water in rooms or a tiny market place for people who get hungry in the middle of the night. The staff? Fantastic people.
Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. The AC in my room was nice and cold, that’s super important.
It’s was very impressive with kind of service. Lady at the front desk was super nice and including everyone that work there, they all made you feel comfortable and welcome. Very friendly all staff. She gave us a room that near by everything like pool, laundry room and our room can see nice wheat fields when we look through out the window. We will going back!
Had a mixup in the beginning, couldn’t find a room that was booked, problem was corrected
Wouldnt recommend unless its a quick stay. 3rd floor didnt have enough water pressure for a shower
Overall the stay was good. The pool on the other hand needs some tlc. Water level was very low. And the hot tub was not working. The breakfast was not very good. Could not eat the eggs, they tasted horrible. And biscuits and gravy were cold.
