Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport

The hotel is 3 to 5 mintutes covered walk to the terminal so GREAT location. The staff was professional, personable, friendly and helpful -- very customer oriented. Breakfast is really excellent; eggs, meat, potatoes, breads and waffles/pancakes, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices. milks, oatmeal --great spread. Price was reasonable at about $100 pr night. However, property could use some updating: cabinet door to refrigerator broken, shade broken, and TV problems -- connectivity. Would definitely stay here again.

needs a lot of work, dirty and doors didn't work, air con was so loud couldn't even use it and they couldn't fix it so I had to just deal with it.........didn't even get a sorry........must be because I am white

Horrendous noise from heater
Hot breakfast items are cold at 6 am
One side of toaster didn't work
Employee came in Monday morning and started yelling at other employees in front of guests at breakfast
Sheets coming off bed- not zipped on

Very convenient to the airport for pick up, drop off, flights, rentals etc. Staff was kind and helpful. Hyatt definitely needs to update/remodel/fix many things in the hotel.

Staff was friendly and hotel overall was clean. The rooms are outdated and in need of an update. The shower didn’t properly drain while showering. The room did not smell the best and the furniture and appliances were old and rusty. Ok place to stay for one night but if you can find another one, I would suggest it.

My husband and I came to Pensacola to visit our son, daughter in law and grandkids. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It eas quiet and convenient to everything. Will definitely book again.

This hotel is a typical, mildly run-down place to stay near the airport. The room was clean, but in need of an update. It's expensive for what it is, but you pay for the convenience of being at the airport. The shuttle service is very nice - they offered to take me anywhere within a 3-mile radius. The shuttle drivers (who also worked front desk) were exceptionally friendly.

This hotel is perfect for those late night arrivals or early morning departures. I was getting into to the Pensacola aiport late at night after 28 hours of nonstop travel. All I wanted was a place easy to get to, clean and comfortable and offering breakfast the next morning. The Hyatt Place, Pensacola Airport was the ideal spot. While is it a very easy short walk from the terminal to the hotel, I had quite a bit of luggage so I called the hotel and they had a shuttle waiting for me by the time I had collected my bags. Check is was blessedly fast, the bed was comfortable, the shower spotless and the breakfast buffet, while nothing special, hit the spot. I would recommend it travelers in a similar situation and expect I will be staying there again.

I was thrilled with the staff at the Hyatt Place near the Pensacola Airport. They were very helpful. The food was good and the hotel was clean. I would stay there again!!

I stayed here when my flight was delayed overnight. Thankfully they had room and it was a very short walk from the airport. It is a no frills place but it got the job done. Thanks Hyatt!

Stay elsewhere in Pensacola. The place was tired and the rooms were musty and stained. Our bathroom door would not shut and the beds were lumpy. The room’s AC was so loud, it sounded old and grinding. The metal lamp was covered in rust. There must be some kind of moisture issue in this hotel. We initially was placed in a room on floor 4, and immediately was hit in the face with mildew wet sock smell. We asked for a different room and was placed on floor 2 which was better but the room was old, the beds were lumpy and the cleaning left a lot of be desired. Trash under the edge of the bed and under the sink. The room smelled like sour dog and carpet powder. We checked out and left to Hilton Home2 and it was leagues better for the same price.

Great place to stay.room was clean and staff is super friendly. Convenient to stores and to NAS. Lots of places to eat that are within walking distance.

Needs a thorough cleaning: dusty in corners under bed, A/C vent ceiling is black dirty or moldy looking. Furniture couch was chewed on arm. Needs to update electric lights

The staff was welcoming and polite. The hotel offers a courtesy shuttle to transport us to destinations within a 3-mile radius. The hotel was comfortable and felt safe. When planning the trip, I called several local hotels. The people at the Hyatt were kind and patient with repeated calls. I was able to check in and out smoothly with no issues. This was a long trip for me; I seldom travel.

Was a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised. They accommodated all my needs. And they were pleasant and friendly.

Awful hotel, in desperate need of refresh. The breakfast is not good, rooms are dated. Electrical in my room was sketchy with flickering lights when I plugged something into an outlet. Pool looked gross and the elevators sounded awful and took forever. This is not a premium property and I would never stay here again.

We booked here for the last night of our trip since we had an early flight and it’s right by the airport. Rooms were big, clean and nice and cool when we arrived. The staff from the front desk, to the lady helping with breakfast to our shuttle driver were all very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very short, but enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Everything was great except the door to the bathroom was very hard to close and it didn’t have a lock and it was a glass door and I felt like since it was a glass door I would break it

Expecting a Hyatt level hotel. Lobby appeared fine until we got to our room. Extremely tired room, the AC unit sounded like the plane engine I just arrived on. The place needs a big time renovation.
