Dat ik om 12:00u al mijn kamer op mocht was top. Dat het een prima kamer was was top. Dat het hotel zo dicht op mijn aankomststation was was top. Dat er zoveel eetgelegenheden waren in de directe omgeving was top. Dat het OV naar de binnenstad direct in de buurt was was top. Dat ik mijn koffer op mijn vertrekdag bij ze tot mijn vertrek om 17:00u bij hen achter kon laten was top.

Location, cleaness and the helpful staff. The triple room we stayed had a very clean private bathroom.

Cons:

The room was small as we knew from booking.com. But it was ok since we stayed only one night. Considering the location and the price, it was totally fine.

Roadworks started at 11 at night. Luckily stopped after about 30 min of drilling. Hope it is exceptional.

The location was excellent and the staff were nice. They clean the room and always leave a fresh towel but it would have been better if they left 2 towels : head and body. The beds are comfortable 😌.

Nice small hotel, good location, but some issues with bed comfort

Nice hotel, great location, clean but typically London small sized rooms. Great location just beside Kings Cross/St.Pancras but still quiet enough at night. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Cons:

The otherwise good room was let down by an uncomfortably hard bed and pillows. If you don't mind a slightly firmer bed then it may not be much of an issue, but I think it could be better.
