Problem ridden.
Cons:

The bathrooms had many problems - clogged sink, leaking shower area, worn out towels. It was as though nobody checked the room before giving it to us.

The ground floor smelled of urine in the morning.

The reception seemed lethargic. They refused a second key. When I complained about my stay during checkout, the person at the desk simply stayed quiet and told me that I had been checked out.

I have regularly stayed at this hotel for the last few years. This is probably the last time I visit County retreat.

Our stay at Mysore County Retreat was truly memorable and filled with genuine warmth.

From the moment we arrived the reception staff made us feel welcome. The restaurant team made sure our meal was comfortable and we enjoyed.

A Special mention to Nila From reception and Joginder From restaurant. As they were always ready to help with a smile.

We travelled with senior citizen amd the entire County team went beyond and made our stay pleasant.

Pros:

Hotel is located in the descent location. Pool bar restaurant was a highlight at the hotel with very good ambience at pool side. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Would recommend this place to friends and family. Service team is very cooperative. Thanks to MCR team.

bad experience at mysore county retreat
Pros:

we have booked 2 rooms check in 20/05/2026 and check out was on 22/05/2026 when we check in around 2.00 pm we have allotted one room at 3.10 pm and other room was around 4.15 pm one room a.c was not working we have complaint about it nothing was done from there side they have given table fan in this hot atmosphere. there was cockroach and bug in there room housekeeping guy didn't turn up. at the time of check out there was food bill was around 3700/- they told me that we will give u 100/- discount. plz guys don't go to this hotel for stay its really bad experience to stay in the hotel
napkins was not provided we have been told its on request to be provided

these people are very very unprofessional esply the back end guys the front end desk are co operative but the backend guys throws an attitude to us as if they are favoring us
