The internet doesn't work. The front office seems to be a messenger and does not help solve anything.

After repeated requests there was no attempt made to resolve the internet issue.

My room's access was provided to other guests (who came into my room) and when reported it was brushed off as a minor issue.

Not very customer friendly overall. Not the experience one would have.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

This is a very nice place to stay in Mysore. Very courteous and supportive staff. Quick response time. The breakfast spread is very nice and courteous restaurant staff. Momoi and Felina in the restaurant are exceptional.

Had a kool stay, staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, restaurant was bit busy in the weekend however they managed to accommodate and serve us. Keep going MCR

The room was not maintained and unhygienic. The AC was not working and when asked help from the front desk staff, the experience was horrible. In nutshell, not at all worth to stay at with family.
