Reisen mit mobilitätseingeschränkten Personen top
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die kleinen Pools, die sehr gepflegt und gemütlich wirken. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist die direkte Verbindung zur Shopping Mall über eine Brücke. Gerade bei schlechtem Wetter oder großer Hitze ist das äußerst praktisch, da man den Tag noch effizient nutzen kann.

Das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts professionell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Check-in und alle weiteren Abläufe verliefen reibungslos.

Ich habe kein Frühstück dazugebucht. Beim Blick auf das Buffet hatte ich allerdings den Eindruck, dass es sich weniger um ein klassisches Frühstück handelt, sondern eher um eine Mischung aus Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen. Die Auswahl ist sehr umfangreich und abwechslungsreich – so vielfältig, dass man davon problemlos nur einmal am Tag essen könnte.

Mein Fazit: Wer mit mobilitätseingeschränkten Personen reist, findet hier eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Durch die direkte Anbindung an die Shopping Mall, die gute Erreichbarkeit und den professionellen Service ist das Hotel dafür besonders gut geeignet. Trotz einiger Punkte, die sich aus meiner Sicht verbessern ließen, würde ich es für diesen Zweck durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Vor etwa zehn Jahren war ich bereits in diesem Hotel, als ich Davao besucht habe. Leider hat sich seitdem nicht allzu viel verändert. Der Wasserdruck ist nach wie vor eher schwach und die Wassertemperatur bleibt beim Duschen leider nicht konstant. Möglicherweise fällt mir das inzwischen stärker auf, da ich in Europa lebe und andere Standards gewohnt bin. Auch die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist über die Jahre weitgehend unverändert geblieben.

Mit dem Raumklima hatte ich ebenfalls meine Schwierigkeiten. Trotz Klimaanlage (inkl. Entfeuchtungsmodi) fühlte sich das Zimmer durchgehend feucht an.
Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zimmertüren sind sehr schwer. Wenn andere Gäste sie zufallen lassen, ist das deutlich hörbar. Außerdem finden im Hotel regelmäßig Veranstaltungen statt, da Filipinos gerne feiern. Je nach Zimmerlage kann man die Musik und die Feierlichkeiten auch am Abend oder in der Nacht noch leise hören.

It was a really good stay with my Parents
Pros:

Close proximity to airport and the mall for any amenities. In our short stay of 4 days, 2 days we had early morning trips so the staff arranged packed breakfast for us. They even helped us with payment to the tour guide as we did not carry cash as well as arrange for a taxi for a day tour.

Cons:

There was no hot water in my shower and water was leaking from the air-conditioning
I did mention about air conditioning but no one fixed it so I did not bother asking them for the hot water in my shower
