Pros:

I like that it is very close to the mall with a covered bridge that can make you access the mall even when it is rainy. They also have newer towels compared before. The bathroom was clean and has good water pressure. The room was very clean with fresh white sheets. It is nice that it has water refilling stations on each floor too. The staff were friendly and approachable as always.

Cons:

Facilities: The room was so dusty!
Staff: They have no sense of urgency or initiative. I went to lunch and asked them if they can send my suitcase upstairs. They said yes, so I went to lunch. When I got back to my room guess what---no suitcase. It was still with them downstairs. I had to rush to another meeting, so it was really important they did this during the entire hour I was at lunch. I let it go, but during my stay I asked for a receipt, and they were so slow. I witnessed another guest go downstairs and yell at the manager because no one was picking up the front desk phone. :( Overall disappointed.

Id like to give a 5 star to the staff who protected my bag and returned it to me.
Pros:

The breakfast is nothing compared to two hotel that we been.

Cons:

I just dont like the breakfast,on the second day i asked the staff why the chicken soup is cold and she just glance at me,i thought the next day it will change but its the same cold soup.

Pros:

The location and the facilities. The food and cocktails was delicious.

Cons:

The bed was great but only one saggy pillows provided per guest. I had too use my coat underneath to prop it up as I usually have two.
