Look forward to the improvement of room amenities and better spread, diverse breakfasts
Pros:

Room needs refurnishing. Appliances (Cable TV, Table lamp, Wall Power sockets, Sink faucet, WC) not in good condition. Worn-out towels and pillows.
Breakfast is repetitive, low quality offering and definitely poor value for P850++/head

Cons:

Need to lift up to the Radisson service philosophy "YES I CAN"
If not because of the location advantage with SM Lanang within walking distance, the hotel may otherwise be a let down.

Pros:

商業施設SMモールと隣接。
1番はスタッフ全員が会うたびに挨拶をする教育が出来ている事。接客業として大事な事が出来ていた！

Cons:

シャワー水圧が弱くて気持ち良く出来なかった事と今回の三日間宿泊で商業施設SMモール連絡通路が工事で閉鎖されてた事は残念でした。過去何度もダバオのホテルに宿泊してますを今回は立地条件として選んだ条件の一つでした。
