Stay here all the time when I visit Madrid. You can’t beat it! The location and rooms are fantastic. The staff is lovely
Beautiful hotel in a great location
With a heavy case it was tricky to get it up the stairs from reception, but the receptionist helped
Location, friendly staff
Pillows could be better

Centralt, snyggt, trevlig personal
Excelente ubicación. Hotel confortable.
Stunningly beautiful views from the corner room.
The reception staff was friendly and accommodated our requests for accommodations.
Excellent location.
Very comfortable bed (although it creaked noticeably).
The noise from the maids is a huge problem.
Housing starts early in the morning... with room #01 on the floor. That is, with the best and most expensive rooms.
The cleaning lady simply TEARS DOWN THE WALLS. I'm not exaggerating. She bangs on the doors, smashes the vacuum cleaner against the walls, and throws furniture around with a bang. It's abnormal in general, and for a hotel of this size, in particular.
The furniture in the room isn't arranged logically—it's impossible to pass by the bed. We had to rearrange it during our stay.
The shower controls are absolutely terrible. It's impossible to adjust them without splashing yourself with freezing water. We had to wait three minutes for hot water.
The hotel was is walking distance to the Metro Station. It's a 15-20 minute walk to La Gran Via. It's a quiet neighborhood just steps away from Madrid's bustling life. My mom and I truly enjoyed our stay.
