Awesome location to all the tourist site, Metro stop, train stations (two) and airport was perfect for us since we came and left Madreid by air but also left and returned to Madrid using two different train stations

Overall, the stay was okay. The room was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep, and the reception staff were kind and friendly throughout my stay.
That said, the room was quite small and had several maintenance issues. The power outlet beside my bed was broken, so I couldn’t charge my phone or other devices on that side. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling that caused water to drip into the shower. It was unpleasant and, at times, the dripping noise was loud enough to wake me up during the night.
The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable and disconnected several times, and the air conditioning was only adequate—it never cooled the room particularly well.
Overall, the hotel wasn’t terrible, but the maintenance issues and inconsistent amenities mean I probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless those problems are addressed.

The location was fantastic ,I loved the authenticity of the building with the beautiful stain glass on the windows ,the little touches of comfort around the hotel very pleasant.We had a great view from the window ..
I was disappointed with the cleanness of our room .From the distance the room looked appealing to the eye ,but closer examination not so clean .The duvet which was on the bed had some dirty stains on it and on the bed sheets itself .I also found quite a lot of dust in the room .I did speak to the cleaning staff about replacing the duvet ,we were sleeping on a double bed ,and unfortunately they could only provide a single duvet…The shower needs a little update not very clean at the bottom on the shower trail where the glass window is …We also ordered room service but the time it reached our room it was cold ..
End to end, it was a great experience for us, in each and every detail: tidy and modern room, features and our special gratitude to Galo, always focused on making our stay a great experience. And it was!
