Geweldig hotel op een top locatie.
Pros:

Het is een goede locatie en een prachtig gebouw. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid met alles wat je maar kan wensen. De receptie is wat simpel en inchecken moet sneller kunnen het is niet van deze tijd. Wij kregen een dikke upgrade en hadden een prachtige suite met fantastisch uitzicht. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en werkt hard.

Cons:

Veel kamer grenzen aan een soort binnenplaats en de inkijk vanaf andere kamers of de lift lijkt mij dan niet zo fijn. En wij blijven Nederlanders dus hebben graag een raam open met uitzicht en frisse lucht

Lovely Stay in Central Madrid
Pros:

The location was lovely! Close to the metro, easily connected to the airport. It was central yet somehow felt calm as well. Really great location. The hotel was in a great condition as well. Staff was really helpful too. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful amenities
Pros:

We appreciated the amenity tray in the bathroom. Many hotels don't provide these items and when you are traveling you sometimes need those things. The location was great, safe, and our room balcony overlooked a beautiful fountain in the middle of a roundabout. Despite the foot traffic and cars, the room was quiet at night. There were many good restaurants around.

Cons:

Limited storage space, no shelves. Hard to unpack your entire suitcase with no drawers of shelves in the bathroom. Limited counter space
