Nice modern hotel with very comfortable room
Pros:

The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The hotel staff were very welcoming, especially Matthews. Breakfast was good although no eggs to order. The central garden area was lovely as was the terrace area off the restaurant.

Cons:

The WiFi was a little iffy - not a solid, good connection. Pool area is pretty small in real life.

My stay was disappointing due to ongoing maintenance issues. Staff are amazing as always.
Pros:

What made my stay worthwhile was the exceptional staff- everyone from the porters and reception team to the waiters provided warm, professional, and outstanding service throughout my stay.

Cons:

During my stay, I experienced several maintenance issues that negatively affected my comfort. The refrigerator was not functioning for the duration of my stay, despite reporting the issue and having it replaced twice. The electricity also tripped repeatedly throughout my stay.

In addition, the air conditioner was inconsistent and kept switching on and off. The bathwater was only lukewarm, as the mixer tap in the bathtub does not fully open on the hot-water side. I also noted that the floor area along the wall of the bathtub requires more thorough cleaning, as it appeared dirty.

I trust these issues will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
