Das Hotel ist sehr schön - das Personal super! Aber erst in 2 Monaten zu empfehlen - Baustelle !

Das Hotel ist super schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück
ist sehr lecker!

Cons:

1.) Der im gebuchte Hotel Shuttle vom Flughafen hat mich ins falsche Hotel gefahren
2.) Das Hotel bzw. die Hotelgruppe bombardiert einen mit WhatsApp - das nervt!
3.) Das Hotel befindet sich in der Renovierung - das war bei der Buchung nicht bekannt...
Die Räumlichkeiten neben und und das komplette Stockwerk über meinem Zimmer wurde renoviert (Böden/ Bad etc.)
Es war fürchterlich laut - im Wellness Hotel.... Nach Beschwerde wurde mir eine Villa zum gleichen Preis angeboten,
das war super und sehr komfortabel :-) ! Danke !

The setting was serene and natural. I liked the art in all the public spaces. My room was a suite, and really nice and spacious.

Cons:

My room was far from reception with lots of stairs. I feel that customers should be warned about this. It excludes people with musculoskeletal issues.
