As long as you just use the room to sleep its adequate, I wouldn't want to spend much time there.
Pros:

The location suited my needs because everything was close but it is a residential neighborhood and feels out of place.

Cons:

There were a lot of maintenance issues. We reported a broken dresser drawer because I didn't want to get charged for breaking it. Maintenance never showed to repair it. Bathroom light flickering, shower head leaking and dishwasher doesn't close. Dishes and silverware were not in the cabinets, after day 5 there we noticed a bad rotten milk smell. We opened the dishwasher and to our surprise found all the dishes and silverware dirty, rotting, and smelling of spoiled milk. Notified the front desk and they gave us paper plates and plastic utensils to get through our trip. I have no idea what happened to those dirty dishes, they remained there until we checked out. We didn't wash them because the dishwasher didn't close properly and didn't want a flooded room. Major heads up, this place is not a full time hotel for travelers. It is mostly a long term family shelter with them staying 28 days then have to leave for a day or two then return. That being said the smell of Marijuana is prevalent in the halls, rooms, and people getting high outside by the entrances and parking lots even though it is a non smoking hotel. Guess they have 28 days to get rid of the smell. They also walk around the hotel dressed inappropriately wearing pajamas and not showering to breakfast, etc.

Put his Finger out and said to wait so he could finish a conversation with someone that had nothing to do with business. Also booked a king suite showing 3 left came in and got a double queen. Why not call the customer and see if its okay so they dont cancel and you lose a booking someone else could take? Got to the room and smelled like someone had cooked fish there and the pillows were messed up as if someone laid on the bed prior to us coming in.

Clean spacious suite & friendly service in NY? What???
Pros:

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious for NY city. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean.

The check in was quick. Kenny assigned us a room close to the elevators, without our asking, as one of our guests had mobility issues. He took the time to make sure I was getting the membership rate. He smiled and treated us like guests, which is rare for NY. Our complimentary water included top brand snacks. He responded to our room issue quickly. We were pleasantly surprised that the suite had 2 full baths, one shower only & the other a tub/shower combo, with full size shampoo, conditioner & body wash in each.

Breakfast was the usual hotel hot breakfast buffet fare plus grab & go upgrades like overnight oats with chia seeds and chia pudding made with oat milk. The bagels were fresh & soft. There were sufficient tables & chairs

Cons:

Our room had a broken thermostat it kept getting cooler as we tried to make the rooms warmer. We had already settled in after a long day of travel, so changing rooms was not desirable.

Kenny provided extra blankets & continued to check on us via the hotel's text process

Would not stay again, paid $600+ for a hairy room.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and we could get a good night sleep but we were also exhausted so that contributed. The staff was very nice and were helpful (as much as they could be).

Cons:

The bathroom was very unclean. When we first arrived the toilet seat had some mystery stains underneath, the floor of the bathroom had little hairs all over the floor (seemed to be beard hair?). The bathtub had hair stuck on the wall and there was a long curly black hair stuck to the shampoo bottle. There were small tiny hairs found on one of the pillow cases as well. The rest of the room felt grimy and furniture looked old and stained. We asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom and when we came back the same hairs were still found in the bathtub.

Our favorite place to be when in LI, NY!
Pros:

Glad we had the top floor, the king room was very roomy and spacious. Grateful for the location and proximity of the nearby malls and restaurants too.

NA. Accomoations were just right.
