Pros:

Comfy beds, good shower and amenities. Great food. Quick elevators

Cons:

THE NOISE IN MY ROOM. An outside motor. The glass of the window covered couldn’t see outside. Requested room change. They ddid. Better view. Free fruit as apologies …. And a 4:40am alarm went off that interrupted my sleep

A Definite Must If In P.C.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Common areas were stylish and super clean. The guys at the reception desk were professional and very funny and knew where to send us for dinner. The room was HUGE and had a great view of the water and busy highway. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big, but there was no light in the shower. The buffets were very good, especially the breakfast buffets! That was the best ever.

Good morning welcome and service
Pros:

My husband and I went on a Caravan trip to Panama this month and stayed at this hotel for a few days.The place,personnel and service were very good.

I would especially like to acknowledge Elizabeth, our waitress,who greeted and served us,every morning at breakfast.Even though we did not speak Spanish very well,she was very patient with us and available for whatever we needed. It was a joy to meet her.

La ubicación, la calidad en general de las instalaciones

Cons:

Algunas recepcionistas, mujeres, tenían una actitud extraña y borde; aunque el resto del personal eran buenos profesionales y muy amables; las primeras tenían una actitud de falta de empatía y de no tener la mínima intención de hacer la estancia fácil; no así “Moisés y Carlos”.

Conveniently located, great staff but rooms need so upkeep.
Pros:

The overall experience was a good one. The hotel is conveniently located in Panama City within walking distance or a short Uber to restaurants, business meetings, cafes, supermarkets, etc. The staff were really quite amazing and helpful. The onsite restaurant breakfast options were extensive. The only negatives were with my room itself. 1) There's a 3-pane landscape-oriented window but the middle pane was completely obsured with condensation and possibly mold and so I did not have a clear view out my window. 2) The mini fridge door was not hung properly and did not close properly. 3) There's a section where the tiled entry way meets the carpeted 'bedroom' area and the intersection of the two is quite sharp. Walking towards the tiled area one time and hit my toes against the somewhat exposed tile but luckily I did not get cut but it hurt a lot. So ambience wise in terms of the room, there left a lot to be desired but overall it was a convenient, good experience with friendly staff and public areas of the hotel nicely decorated.

Very friendly staff
Pros:

Loved the staff here… like to thank both Carlos and Franklin… super helpful and always greeted us… the hotel is clean, quiet and the bedding was great… the towels I thought were like sand paper and the roof top pool was small… the hotel had no musty smell..,it was a good place to stay!!!

Hotel looks nice with a cozy bar. The suite was clean and came with a lot of space

Cons:

Our 8th-floor suite was directly above the building's external A/C units, which were extremely noisy and disruptive. Traffic noise from the street was also noticeable despite the height. We were kindly moved to a 15th-floor room the next day, but the street noise remained surprisingly similar, and the in-room A/C rattled loudly (we had to turn it off). The rooms lack adequate soundproofing. Management handled the switch fairly and only charged us for one night, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, sleep was impossible, defeating the purpose of staying in a hotel. Overall rating: 0/10 for noise issues.

Fabulous staff, service & stay
Pros:

Our stay at Westin Inn was fabulous. Clean & comfortable rooms, amazing rooftop pool, phenomenal breakfast, and excellent location - restaurants, pharmacy, ATM in walking distance. The staff were most impressive of the visit, especially Franklin. Kind, courteous, & friendly!

Wonderful experience
Pros:
