The East Hotel Hangzhou

The hotel staff were nice, efficient and accommodating, and helped to make my stay really easy and wonderful. The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge. Everything was so clean, and they also provided good quality bathroom amenities. It was really a great experience. Thanks - esp to Jason, Ada and Chris at the front desk.

It is a thoughtful hotel paying attention to details. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean though the floor is a bit worn down. I like the lighting buttons which are located at both sides of the bed for easy access. However, the lighting at the entrance where the airconditioner is located is not enough. It will be better if a luggage rack is provided. Mimi bar is also free. The staff are polite and helpful. The location is convenient with local eateries and subway station nearby.

We had only one night there and spend omat of time outside, but we were very happy about everything in Hotel. Maybe the breakfast buffet could have some more options but we didnt left with empty stomachs, so no problems in there.

Especially the bathrobes very super comfortable! :)

Would specially commend "Emily" at the front desk, who helped me with setting up my digital payment methods and gave me great advice and tips about Hangzhou.

I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time i am in Hangzhou.

East Hotel is nice, modern, boutique style hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was clean quiet and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the East Hotel recently (Aug 6-8 and Aug 10-12)and was most impressed with the professionalism and the warm service from all the staff at the front desk - there were too many of them to name during our stay, but Jason, Lucy, Ada, Ken, Joanna and Leo in particular saw to our every needs from train bookings, concert tickets, directions to places of interest. The staff were well trained and took pride in providing excellent service. The hotel breakfast was delicious with a good choice of main and buffet selection, the room was comfortable and clean with only one minor detail which we would like to suggest for improvement - the lighting was a little dim particularly at the dressing and bath room mirror area. We will highly recommend this hotel to both business and family travellers.

the hotel is new and clean. only negative thing is the water temperature is not stable. what's more, you got free mini bar!

The first night hotel is out of power in the 2:00 am( the hotel said it is route check repair), and it was so hot, I was being waked up, the bad thing is that the hotel do not give you a warning before this happen.

Overall stay is good. Spacious and clean, staff were nice and helpful. Some electrical appliances didn’t work and malfunctioning of air con in the first night. But lucky it’s not a hot season so still manageable without air con for the night. Considering it’s price, this is already a very value for money hotel despite the small hiccups

Wonderful quaint hotel. Only downside was our bathroom (mirror was slightly broken and water kept getting blocked no matter how many time we pulled the plug behind). Lovely staff and service. Would recommend

We have stayed at the East Hotel Hangzhou multiple times. It is one of our favorite hotels. It is a good value. Now, they offer complementary shuttle service on weekends to the west lake area and Lingyi Temple, which make it a comfortable and continent place to stay.

conveniently located, well appointed and well staffed small hotel. we enjoyed our stay (family of 3) in a small suite. room was pleasantly and modernly decorated. everything worked and was very clean. we had a good stay and will consider returning for our next trip to hangzhou.
