Poor Manager and Poor Housekeeping staff.
Pros:

I had been staying at this hotel since opening but sadly I won’t be returning. The manager and head of housekeeping Mercedes and their posse of other incompetent staff who are their friends have done this place in. Over the past several months the rooms are consistently not being cleaned. All the do is change the towels and provide toilet paper but only if if you’re lucky. Bed linens are not changed. Nothing wiped down. No sweeper ran. When you complain it’s your fault and there’s no making it right. No amount of renovations will safe this place as long as the lady manager and Mercedes are still there.

As we were leaving, one of the staff members was talking with another customer about how the customer found bed bugs in his room, on the same floor as us! And the staff member said they were already aware! Wtff

Excellent and would definitely stay again
Pros:

Workers were the most friendly. Everything was clean in the room except two stains on the curtain. We had everything we needed and loved the free wi-fi. Breakfast was also delicious.
