I booked a suite room and I asked the girl upon checking if our room was a suite and she said yes, but when we got to the room, it wasn't what I had booked and paid for. We are old and we didn't go back down because we were so tired from our trip. So we didn't get what we paid for and we are Hilton members.

A very nice staff, great breakfast and was located across the street from a Bass Pro Shop. Very easy access from the Highway to the Hotel. Room was very nice.

My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel is under renovation—something that wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking—and it affected the entire experience. While the room was clean, it smelled strongly of paint and was incredibly noisy throughout my stay. The hot water was also a major issue; it took about 15 minutes for the shower to reach an appropriate temperature. When I called the front desk, they said the boilers were working fine but offered no further explanation. On top of that, the fitness center was closed without any prior notification, which was especially frustrating since it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Although the staff were polite, the overall stay fell well short of expectations.
Location was right off the interstate
The hallway carpet needs update/replaced

A little better choice of eggs, bacon type breakfast choice would be great.

The choice of breakfast was great, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance worker checked on our room door lock and made sure it was working properly.
I have worked the front desk in hotels for 9 years and this was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen! Beverly was so kind to us. The breakfast was great, the water was hot and the pressure was awesome. Highly recommend. They are also renovating. Once they finish that, it’s gonna be perfect. Don’t let the renovation stop you from staying. They are doing a wonderful job. They are kind and most importantly CLEAN! Thank you so much for an easy and enjoyable stay.
Everything has been newly updated. All new furniture, paint, carpet. Very nice and very clean. Beverly at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
