I wish the tvs were updated enough to use streaming apps like Netflix and paramount. Made it a slightly harder stay because our young child didn’t have cartoons for bed even on live tv the channels were limited.

Pros:

I booked a suite room and I asked the girl upon checking if our room was a suite and she said yes, but when we got to the room, it wasn't what I had booked and paid for. We are old and we didn't go back down because we were so tired from our trip. So we didn't get what we paid for and we are Hilton members.

I will always stop here to rest on my journey between MO. And FL.
Pros:

A very nice staff, great breakfast and was located across the street from a Bass Pro Shop. Very easy access from the Highway to the Hotel. Room was very nice.

A Disappointing Stay Despite Cleanliness
Pros:

My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel is under renovation—something that wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking—and it affected the entire experience. While the room was clean, it smelled strongly of paint and was incredibly noisy throughout my stay. The hot water was also a major issue; it took about 15 minutes for the shower to reach an appropriate temperature. When I called the front desk, they said the boilers were working fine but offered no further explanation. On top of that, the fitness center was closed without any prior notification, which was especially frustrating since it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Although the staff were polite, the overall stay fell well short of expectations.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience well pleased.
Pros:

The choice of breakfast was great, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance worker checked on our room door lock and made sure it was working properly.
