Modern comforts and exceptional hospitality
Absolutely amazing! The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The large windows make you feel like you’re sleeping in the heart of nature. Breakfast is outstanding: gourmet, delicious, and different every morning, with finely composed vegetable dishes. The staff are superb! Warm, helpful, and genuinely lovely. Great location, too. Highly recommended!

I stayed here on May 03, 2026... it was an outstanding experience; your HOSTS are the owners, and you get plenty of attention. The Owner was kind and carried my luggage to the room. The accommodations are very nice, -very large- and I slept like a log here. Around the Hotel, there is beautiful mountain scenery to admire. -see my photos- The Hotel is very clean, and Breakfast is a real treat. Most food items are homemade at the hotel, so you get to taste Slovenian Cuisine. ( homemade food with LOVE ). The Owner, checked me in, and right away he pulled out the area map and showed me where I could find the sights. There is also a great restaurant nearby with excellent food & service called "Bistro 9:45". In addition to good, tasty food, you get an excellent mountain view as well. Upon my departure, the owner assisted me with my bags and loaded them into the car. All around great Service. So, if you are looking for a place with personal service and a great breakfast, this Hotel is for you... To the owners, thank you for a wonderful stay; you are great hosts.
The hotel had the greatest breakfest, even gluten free options (and bread). The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also great, few minutes walk to the center of Bovec.
The bathroom in the ground floor apartments is very uncomfortable with no privacy. The toilet and shower are divided by a glass wall and closed by a slide door made of glass. The sink is actualy in the room.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and it was perfect for the 3 of us. There was a little kitchen that we did not use bit it was well equipped. The hotel is located about 5/10 minutes walk to Bovec center and offers great (free) parking space. The staff was super nice, especially Christina. She gave us some nice hikes recommendations. The breakfast really good and generous, don’t skip it !
