Pros:

La posizione dell'Hotel, la camera con vista mare, la stanza, gli arredamenti, la cordialità dello staff, menzione speciale per la bartender Chiara, bellissima persona, sempre col sorriso e ottimi cocktail.

Very comfortable
Pros:

The room with ocean view was clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. Good location, not far from Etna, not far from Taormina with the highway.

Cons:

The pool hours: it closes a little bit early (6pm)

Ár-érték arányban 3 csillag, egy alapos felújítás ráférne az épületre
Pros:

Alapvetően tiszta volt minden, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt, szép volt a kilátás a tengerre.

Cons:

Négy csillagos besorolás túlzás, a 3 csillag lenne a reális. Sokminden törött, elhasznált, kopott a szobákban és a fürdőben, szörnyű az állandó csatornaszag a zuhanyzóban. A klímát nem lehetett pontosan beállítani, csak 20 és 26 fokot lehetett választani.
A wellness szinten átható dohszag terjeng, a falak felázottak, vizesek, pereg a vakolat.
A reggelihez műanyag poharakat tettek ki, ami 4 csillag esetén eléggé kellemetlen. (kérésre legalább a személyzet adott üveg poharakat)

Nice location and view, but poor service and food make it hard to recommend.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was good, and the air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

Breakfast and lunch were disappointing — poor quality and disorganized service. Coffee machines were not working properly, food wasn’t replenished in time, and staff seemed overwhelmed. Housekeeping missed simple things like restocking toilet paper. Overall the place gave an impression of being a bit rundown and on the decline.

Zimmer sind groß, aber abgewohnt, netter Balkon, Bad auch gut. Frühstück war OK - Süß und Pikant
öffentlicher Parkplatz vor der Türe, gratis. WLAN OK

Cons:

Pool Algen, liegt am Nachmittag im Schatten. Pooltücher nicht könnte man aber mieten inkl. 2 EUR für 2 Stunden, traurig!
Strand nur Geröll, Steine, kein Sand, keine Betten - furchtbar.
In der Nacht sehr laut da dieses Hotel zum Großteil Reisebusse beherbergt, wird auf Einzelgäste keine Rücksicht genommen, Massenabfertigung pur. Restaurants nicht nah und erst ab 19:30 Uhr möglich.
Dachgarten Baustelle. Keine 4 Sterne wert.
