Pros:

Didn't have my room when I checked in. Moved to us a different hotel at their cost (or they claimed such).
I found out the rate of hotel they moved me to js abiut 60% of what I paid to Novotel. They offered lunch and dinner but i have crazy busy schedule and did not have a single meal.

Pros:

Highlights: Hotel has excellent rooms and good breakfast. The service staff were attentive and Nour who cooks the eggs on request was consistently good. Parking round the back of the building was fine also.

Lowlights: the pool is tiny and male-use only. Like other hotels youre given several small plastic bottles each day - i'd rather one large one to reduce plastic waste

La peor experiencia de mi vida. Al llegar al hotel me informaron que habían vendido más habitaciones de la cuenta y que estaban llenos… que me tenían que derivar a un hotel a 3 minutos de ahí… tras mucho discutir y sin conseguir que hoteles.com solucionase el problema, no me quedó más remedio que irme a dormir al hotel más cochambroso que he visto en mi vida… sin mantenimiento durante los últimos 60 años… como una cárcel de un país tercermundista… hotel Mena Andalusia. Además de esto, recalcar la malísima educación y servicio del recepcionista. En resumen, mal el hotel y, sobretodo mal hoteles.com por no solucionar el problema.

Ich hatte kein Zimmer im Hotel! Wurde im Auto von einem Mitarbeiter zu einen Hotel in der Nähe geschickt - war dreckig und hat sehr alt gerochen. Nicht wofür ich bezahlt hatte!

The location is excellent and the service is great! The room is very spacious and the A/C is good. The breakfast buffet is also great. The guy cooking the omelet should be more friendly and must greet the guests.

The hotel was old and depressing. very small rooms and no windows. it felt like I was in jail.

Also the main entrance of the hotel was closed because the road was under constructions which made it way difficult to direct Uber driver to the location as they have to pick you up from underground parking which was hard to locate.

another thing, there was no elevator from the underground parking lot to the lobby. you have to carry your luggage by yourself on the stairs to the lobby which was very inconvenient.
