Worst experience, smell, view and rude behaviour
Pros:

We had booked a 3-night stay, and the bad experience started right from the check-in.

The reception staff — Chirag, Ishita, and Anmol — were very rude. Our check-in time was 4:00 PM, yet we had to wait for about 1.5 hours. During this time they repeatedly asked us to accept a twin bedroom, even though our booking was for a king-size bedroom.

In the middle of our stay, we were asked to change rooms because the room allocated to us had apparently been assigned to someone else.

The room had severe dampness and mould, with a strong unpleasant smell from the bed. The bathroom door was broken and hanging on its hinge, making it extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible to stay in the room.

The replacement room had a view of an empty plot filled with garbage. Additionally, there was a loud marriage party, and even on the 7th floor the noise was so loud that the mirrors in the room were shaking.

Quite a disappointment
Pros:

It is an absolute waste of money to stay here. The staff is extremely untrained and very arrogant. Our room and bathroom was having traces of holi colour. The room was smelling awful with an overpowering smell of chemicals. There was issues with the hot water in the bathroom. On top of that no one is humble enough to apologise or make the guest feel welcome and comfortable. In the restaurant the fnb staff was very loud while instructing each other. A total disappointing experience in the name of Radisson brand name.
