the room service was not good. after room cleaning they don’t keep towel and don’t refill shampoo. even after many call on one touch service didn’t get. than i have to go down to desk and asked. this is not happen for one time on both days .
Worst experience ever . I tried to call thier landline no. firstly for the reservation, they tried to transfer the call but nobody their to pick the call , I asked them to connect me with some senior , they connected me with front office manager Mr. Surya , he was extremely rude , very unprofessional behaviour , I would even register a complaint in the consumer court for wasting my time , I am a guest but there is no good behaviour at all . I need a full apology from the general manager . I repeat I am filing a PIL against Mr. FOM
