I liked the basic cleanliness.
Staff was not at all attentive and supportive. I asked for water and it was delivered to me after 3 calls and 50 minutes. Also, I left a valuable item in my room and contacted staff post checkout but nobody coordinated to find it inside the room. Nobody helped when I went next day myself to request again.. Even buffet breakfast was so ordinary.

Firstly, the management team there, especially Labhpreet Mam & Nitish Sir have provided amazing service and their behaviour was really kind and helpful.
Secondly, I really like the atmosphere, cleanliness and food.
Briefly, I’m very thankful for their best service provided to us.

Hotel was clean and family friendly.
The rooms were given to us after 1 hr 30 mins and we had earlier requested that for check in at 1 PM but we checked in at 2:30 because of room delay. If the rooms were to be given at later stage then we could have been informed earlier so that we could reach accordingly.

Services were very poor, room needs more cleanliness. The table had dust on it. I asked for glasses from housekeeping and they toot 1 hour 30 mins. During breakfast I had asked to serve sambar to me because it was finished in the buffet and the staff told me to ask the service staff to get it so I did that and Samber was not served to me. Also booking.com mentioned 500 inr food credit was included but the hotel staff didn’t give it to me because as per the policy I should spend 2000 rs to avail this which was never informed to me even at the time of check in. There was no welcome at the time of check in. Reception staff don’t pick the calls and they are not bothered as well. Very poor service.

Staff was Rude, overtime I use to lock my room 327 it needed to reactivate key to.open ot even if you were in hotel.
Staff was strudel that while expressing that I may not use this hotel again they said that's your choice.
Room was old and pathetic..all furniture was very old with stains all over it. bathroom bathtub wall was leaking,drain was not properly working, bathroom exhaust was not working at all. Lights everywhere were so dim you could barely see yourself in mirror while shaving. Iron was given but wasn't working so didn't bother to ask for it again.
Breakfast area was pathetic..all the time cutlery was missing and was novwrr complete, tables and table cloths were old and smelly. Bowls were missing so guest were using soup Bowls to take Sambhar and all. Food taste was very normal with too much mismanagement.
harshita was very rude , she claimed i had no booking even after paying the full price and as soon as i made my agent speak she said ya she does have booking , while giving paper for signature she threw it at my face , came for a day stay she made me wait for 1 hour my whole
family comes to this place i would never recommend this place to anybody
