Not bad.
Pros:

The hotel facilities were fine. Some stuff were excellent in general though some seems needed training.

The food was somehow okay. To be honest, Kolkata hotels of this level usually offer far more better food. Was a bit disappointed. But
The location was very convenient.

The adjacent area had many beautiful cafe, eatery, boutique shops, brand chains besides traditional local markets. May be will be back if I need to live in that area again.

Cons:

Not enough restaurants in the property. Nothing 24 hour except room service.
Food was not as good as other 5 stars of Kolkata.
Staff at the rooftop bar was not attentive initially - had a feeling, they didn’t like a single lady at late hours. But I had arrived that day and nothing else was open at the hotel. So I asked about the failure and they tried to compensate. Still

Excellent retreat from the Kolkata craziness
Pros:

Cool, clean, great food, very welcome swimming pool and excellent service from all the staff.

Cons:

It’s probably impossible to stop, but the shower would be better without the bit of mould.

Great escape.
Pros:

Comfortable room with a good selection at breakfast. All staff were courtesy, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unpleasant view from the room. Basic O.J and boiling water for tea not readily available at breakfast.
