Great escape.
Pros:

Comfortable room with a good selection at breakfast. All staff were courtesy, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unpleasant view from the room. Basic O.J and boiling water for tea not readily available at breakfast.

Excellent hotel with excellent friendly service.
Pros:

The hotel, whilst large, has a boutique feel. The service from staff was excellent, as was the food, rooms and facilities. Very good value for money. Would stay here again.

I will recommend it to others and I’d love to stay here again

Excellent property staff are very friendly very neat and clean rooms and a very positive feeling Hotel

Cons:

Can’t really pinpoint anything that I didn’t like. Maybe the coffee shop needs better sitting arrangement.

Loved it. Strongly recommend.
Pros:

Small hotel and absolutely in the middle of city. We were upgraded to half board and the dinner food was sumptuous and tasty. The front desk, domestic and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good clean and modern hotel with excellent service.
Pros:

Clean and modern with very friendly and helpful staff. All the facilities you could wish for without being excessive.

Cons:

Loud night-club/party music teaching up to the guest rooms on Friday and Saturday nights. Was over by midnight though.

Great stay experience
Pros:

The property is located at a very good location with major attractions just away 20-25 mins by cab/taxis. The property in totality was very good with amazing breakfast options ranging from American to Indian. The staff is super courteous and take care of your requests!
