Cons:

Room No. 1110 was too small and did not meet expectations.
dinner options were very limited. For dessert, only pastries were available—there were no hot dessert options or ice cream.
Vegetarian choices were also quite limited.
Kindly consider adding more variety to both dessert and vegetarian menu options

Perfect stay
Pros:

Satisfying stay
Pros:

The support from staff was exceptional.

We were staying here during Ramadan and were requesting for the pre-dawn (Suhoor/Sehri) meals at 04:30am. The Kitchen staff was so supportive and delivered the food on time and also made the full order complimentary.

The room was clean.

The staff in reception, house keeping, restaurant and parking were all good and made our stay easy and cool.

Cons:

After we checked in, It took around 20 mins to receive our luggage in the room which we felt a little longer.

Exceptional 2-Week Stay
Pros:

In February 2026, our extended family of 11, spanning three generations, spent two weeks at the Hyatt Ahmedabad, and the experience was outstanding​ and truly exceptional​. From the beginning, the booking process for our six guestrooms was seamless via the World of Hyatt website. I would like to specifically commend Jill Trivedi (Assistant Manager Front Office) for her prompt responses to my pre-arrival inquiries, and Jay Pandya (Assistant Manager Reservations) for reaching out via WhatsApp to confirm our arrival. Upon arriving at the hotel, Jay and his team thoughtfully assigned our rooms on the 12th floor, placing our elderly family members near the elevators for their convenience. Within minutes of checking in, the concierge staff promptly delivered our luggage. The customer service throughout our stay was impeccable. The housekeeping staff ensured that our rooms were perfectly maintained daily. We especially want to thank Priya for her attentive service and daily kindness, and Palash Maiti (Assistant Manager Housekeeping) for ensuring all our needs were met — including the rapid delivery of a yoga mat for my daily stretching. Our dining experiences at Collage, TG’s Oriental Grill, and Mrs. Mage were equally impressive. The daily breakfast at Collage was a highlight, and we were always greeted warmly by Hemendra and Ankit. The four live stations covered South Indian, eggs/omelettes, French toast, pancakes, waffles, masala tea, and espresso/lattes; there were walk-up self-service areas for cereals, juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, and baked goods. We were particularly amazed by Sous Chef Irfan Siddique. His mastery in the kitchen was remarkable, from his artistic creations (e.g., avocado toast, smoked Norwegian salmon on sourdough toast) to his thoughtful preparation of khichadi to ease my upset stomach. Our server Hiral was also exceptional in her care for us each morning, always ready with a smile to take our order. Every time we entered and exited the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the security staff; many thanks to Shatrughan Kumar (Security Manager) and his team. To top off a wonderful stay, the "See You Soon" cake organized by Irfan after our final breakfast, and the lobby goodbye cake organized by Jill and Jay made us feel like family. Thank you to the entire Hyatt Ahmedabad team for making our trip so memorable. We look forward to visiting you again in the future. Best regards ... and See You Soon.

Wonderful staff & good service
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful event. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming &incredibly helpful. We especially loved the cake after event which was such memorable experience. Very special thanks to Vidyut & ,Bhargv who was constantly support to success our event.
