Pros:

Emplacement central ,face au centre commercial. La chambre bien spacieuse king room deluxe. Tout le personnel très poli et gentil .c'était mon 2ème sejour dans cet hotel

Très bon emplacement, en face du One Mall.
Le quartier facile d'accès. C'était mon 4ème sejour à Hyatt Vastrapur

Cons:

Le premier jour ,on a eu une petite fuite d'eau mais résolu dans l'heure qui a suivi.

Great staff with a special thanks to Hiral
Pros:

The property boasts a prime location, complemented perfectly by an incredible team.

During my stay, the dining experience was a particular highlight. Chef Irfan prepared an absolutely outstanding butter chicken that deserves special recognition. The breakfast service was equally commendable, with Aman and Ankit providing highly attentive and seamless care.

I would like to extend a very special note of appreciation to Hiral for her exemplary service during breakfast. Even under high-pressure situations, she maintained a warm, welcoming attitude and remained incredibly helpful and friendly. Her professionalism truly stood out. She truly did her job exceptionally great.

Thank you to the entire team for a memorable experience!

The mattress of the bed could be a bit softer. Also the pillows could be improved.
