Good but better breakfast expected
Pros:

Breakfast was below expectations. Not having eggs in Ahmedabad in an international chain was just not done.

A clean and comfortable stay - easy to access and the mall across the road was useful.
Pros:

I liked the space and orientation as well as room size

Cons:

The shower was very slippery for the kids and I requested a mat which didn’t arrive. The restaurants only had 2 high chairs between them which meant having to wait or not getting one at all. Given it’s a family hotel it would be handy to have more high chairs.
There wasn’t anyone who came up to us while at the pool to take drink/food order even though a menu was at the pool area

Pros:

Everything was of Hyatt quality. Service was excellent from front desk to room service. The breakfast options were fantastic and chefs even came to our table each day to offer something extra.

Totally waste of money.
Pros:

Sauna bath, pool area

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable. Lift was very slow, outdated and one not working. My car was dirty lots of birds pit on front that was not cleaned but I handed over clean car. I also ask person to clean but he denied.

All good, it was my 2nd time I stayed. Will certainly stay again in future.
Pros:

The location near the Mall and staff were help-full, always willing to help.
Specially Vikesh at the reception.
Susmita, Aryan and all at Collage.
Food wise it was good also.
I like the menu at Mrs Marge, tried different dishes, all excellent.
Good gym.

Cons:

The lifts took a long time to arrive.
