Otel çalışanları kendilerini patron sayıyorlar.Gece eğlencesinde bir tane istek parçası istedik onu bile çalmadılar. Bir şey istediğimizde bir dayak yemediğimiz kalmadı..

Areas are under development, dangerous traffic

This is my second time in this hotel and stayed 14 days.
It is a good deal for all inclusive.
Food is great. Friendly staff.

Odalar Temizdi, otel personeli ilgiliydi, yemekler güzeldi, denİze mesafesi olması dışında her şeyden memnun kaldık

It is one of the best hotels I stayed in Bodrum for the money I paid. Great beach and pool services. Attentive staff. Old but clean room.
All inclusive and quality food. Little gem in Akyarlar. Will be back.

Das Hotel ist super, sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten nach 2 Tagen einige Ameisen im Zimmer aber diese wurden dann schnell beseitigt.
Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat war das Essen. Alle Speisen haben ganz einfach nicht geschmeckt, daher haben wir abends meistens draußen gegessen. Die Mitarbeiter aus der Küche könnten auch freundlicher mit den Gästen umgehen, scheinen mit der Situation überfordert zu sein.

Otel ve konumu çok güzel.
Otelde çalışan herkes Güler yüzlü ve hizmette sınır yok ve herkes severek hizmet ediyor. Girişimiz biraz zor olsada tatilimiz bi o kadar güzel oldu.
Plaj çok küçük olsada iskele ile süper bir çözüm yaratılmış ve muhteşem turkuaz denizi eşsiz.
Ben tekrar gelmek isterim ama bu sefer umut ediyorum ki otel belki “adults only” olur ve içecekler orijinal markalardan oluşur.

Everything was perfect until the staff at the reception blew it at the very last minute.
We stayed there for four days and truly enjoyed our vacation. However, at check out, we asked the reception to call us a taxi. 10 mins later somebody came over and gave us a piece of paper with a taxi station phone number, and asked us to call them ourselves. The number had no answer. I went back inside and ask the lady at the reception what else they can do to help us. Short of shrugging her shoulders, she said she can google other taxi stations but refused to make any calls herself.
At the end, I was able to reach one taxi station and literally had to beg the guy to send us a taxi. They said they don’t work with Bellazure. I never got to find out the reason for this refusal. In the end, it took us about 40 mins and reception staff did absolutely nothing to help us. Beautiful resort, excellent service otherwise, but that last minute experience with reception left a bad impression.

Otel genel olarak güzel, çalışanlar ilgili ve kibar, odalar güzel, deniz çok güzel yemekler daha lezzetli olabilirdi ve plaj barda içecek çeşitliliği artırılırsa daha iyi olabilir.

Güleryüzlü personel özellikle müşteri hizmetlerinden Can bey mükemmel.. animasyon ekibi gayet iyi..otelde herşey düşünülmüş.yemekler gayet lezzetli..denize çok yakın.. kalabalık olduğu halde bile gürültülü olmuyor..kafa dinlemek için birebir..ben, eşim ve 2 yaşındaki kizim 1 hafta çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik.. teşekkürler sentido..

Çocuklu aileler için müthiş

Hotellet var jätte fint enda minuset var stranden som var väldigt liten och musiken. Skulle nog ge mer känsla om dem hade mer musik i hela hotellområdet inklusive stranden.

Bel hotel,bien aménagé,staff sympathique.super piscine zen,table propre et goûteuse.
Points faibles:
Déçue du service du restaurant annexe,serveur trop bruyant alors que l'on est sensé passer un moment agréable loin des buffets!
Plage trop petite,minuscule ponton.
Animation est vraiment à améliorer tout comme la répétition des buffets.
Mais dans l'ensemble je recommande cet endroit.

we visited sentido for 6 nights. suite rooms are in old buildings and most of them are not hygenic. if you plan to stay you should prefer new hotel rooms. foods and beverages are OK for the price, could be better. pool and pool facilities are good. beach is fine according to small area it has, but the beach wcs are not clean enough. there is lack of staff and they cant reach all work for service and maintenance. sea is excellent, entertainment is fine.
overall performance is above the average for this price category hotels.

Tæt på havet og den lille hyggelige by ved stranden med autentiske cafeer som perler på en snor og tyrkiske turister.
Lækker a la Carte restaurant med tyrkisk mad foruden storslået buffet specielt til morgenmad og frokost.
Bekvemt med små pizzabarer, pandekagebar, is-bar, late breakfast buffet ved poolen, strandbar, poolbarer osv. strøet ud over arealet, så forplejning er til stede næsten hele døgnet ligegyldigt hvor man opholder sig.
Underholdning for familier mange gange dagligt. som man kan vælge at deltage i - eller lade være.
Fantastisk spa afdeling med kompetent personale og luksus behandlinger kan tilkøbes til en fornuftig pris.
