Pros:

Liked the friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Nice views over looking shanklin coast. Good convenient location.

Rooms a bit cold, but had a portable heater so not a big issue.

Don’t stay completely avoid

The location

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty. Had panels missing from under the sink. Toilet flusher was missing. Shower kept dripping. Room had a little blow heater and wasn’t capable of heating a room that size in February. Tv had a mind of its own and turned off every 5 minutes

Relaxing and calm
Pros:

The location by the sea is lovely and easy access, the room could do with a little more sound proofing. However the room was lovely and the staff really nice and polite.

Cons:

More sound proofing, sometime if someone was near the room outside you could hear their entire conversation.

Wouldn’t take my family there.
Pros:

Thank quality of the hotel was very poor, everything done on a shoestring.

Cons:

Booked for dinner sat night at 7pm was told that we couldn't use the dining room as we were not a big enough party while there was others couples there ? Which was confusing so had to go elsewhere to eat was not happy. The welcome was not good either staff was very rude there was a big language barrier from start to finish
