Pros:

Muy limpio, cómodo, muy bien ubicado, muy amable el personal, nos proveyó paraguas de cortesía los días de lluvia que nos mejoró las salidas. Lo recomiendo.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó era un poco oscura en la decoración y hizo que tengamos que encender las luces todo el tiempo .

Belle expérience. Bel accueil. Personel très à l'écoute et bel hotel.
Pros:

Malré un emplacement central, cet hotel est très calme et paisible. Bien situé, en face d'une bouche de métro, il est facile de se déplacer vers les lieux d'intérêt : Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, etc....
La chambre est agréable, une bonne literie avec une belle et spacieuse salle de bain.
Possibilité de petit déjeuner et la carte du restaurant semble tout à fait complete et allèchante. Nous n'y avons pas mangé mais le cadre est très beau.
Hotel à recommander.

Cons:

Aucune possibilité de se garer aux alentours de l'hotel. Un parking public n'est pas trop loin mais payant évidemment et assez cher.

El servicio de limpieza… noboadron a limpiar habitaciones y cuando volvimos le dijimos q necesitábamos habitación para ducharnos y ya no no la hicieron !
