the room was amazing an really big

super rude staff, I asked for a duvet cause I was cold it was full of dust and without the cover, then one pf the ,ember of the staff was super rude to me. its a beautiful andconfortable hotel. but the staff needs and upgrade I don't think this deserves even 1 star

Ubicaciòn, habitaciones muy cómodas y silenciosa

la gestión del desayuno Es un hotel del 4 estrellas, con una sola persona para atender y no es buffet con lo que hay que esperar Estuvimos 20 minutos esperando Nos trajeron el café que se quedó helado esperando por el resto, y lo salado después de lo dulce No era evidentemente culpa de la persona que atendía, que bastante hacia No podía ni recoger las mesas vacias Al día siguiente ocurrió lo mismo No se puede consentir tener que esperar para poder desayunar 20 minutos en un hotel de esa categoría, en el que por otra parte hay que decir que todos los productos eran buenísimos

A decent hotel to explore Madrid from.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast in a quirky bar area and close to the Metro.

Cons:

Fire exit light positioned far too near the bed in our room. Understand they need to be there but so bright!

Muy bonito hotel, pero con detalles que se pueden mejorar
Pros:

Me encanta el barrio de Chamberí donde está el hotel, es muy tranquilo pero cerca de muchas cosas. Además la estación de metro está en la esquina.
La habitación fue super bonita y el baño muy amplio y moderno, me gustaron muchísimo.

Cons:

La calefacción estaba puesta MUY baja y no se regula desde la habitación, por lo que todos los días había que pedir a la recepción que subieran la temperatura. Esto era un poco molesto, ya que parecía que había que rogar para tener una temperatura agradable.
El wifi era malísimo y a pesar de que nos quejamos, no mejoró
