Nice room, great location, excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and informative, which was a great welcome to Madrid during our first few days. The hotel is right next door to a train station, making it an excellent central position. It is also nearby lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was quite small, but well designed, with good cupboard space, plus room to lay our suitcases, and two large windows opening onto small balconies so we could easily get fresh air, and increase the feeling of space. The bathroom was lovely! Good size and well decorated. The bar downstairs has good coffee.

Vraiment beau bâtiment ! Propre également. Emplacement nickel à côté du métro. Nourriture bonne

Cons:

Airco ne semble pas fonctionner. Pas de brosse pour les toilettes. Personnel du déjeuner très sec et expéditif.
Il manquait aussi des choses au déjeuner, alors que la carte n’est pas très grande de base.

Localização muito boa, bairro menos turístico e de fácil locomoção, principalmente pelo metrô que fica na porta.

Cons:

Ar condicionado fraco, não dava conta do resfriamento de todo quarto, embora em temperatura mínima.
