Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht - Roof Top Bar war geschlossen, weil Bewilligungen fehlen.
Hotelzimmer für Preis zu klein. Bilder suggerieren völlig anderes Hotel. Hat Boutique Hotel nicht viel zu tun.

The location is excellent. The staff were very nice and friendly, however not the best in resolutions over the weekend. We had the suite on the top floor, which is gorgeous with two beautiful terraces. The restaurant downstairs is also great and we had a very friendly Filipina waitress who made our breakfast experience enjoyable.
Having paid for an upgrade to the suite, we were very disappointed by the very late cleaning service each day (due to a shortage of staff), a used wine glass was not taken away for days, the bathroom sink would clog and they were not able to fix it. The AC blew cold wind right onto our heads while sleeping, and after raising the concern, we were told two days later after enquiring again that there's nothing that can be done. I caught a head cold and became sick because of it. Finally, we found another guest's used underwear in our sofa bed (found accidentally while looking for our battery pack). I had never experienced that, and it was disappointing as our expectations were high from the One Shot chain and particularly the top suite. Once the weekday staff and manager were back at work, they were truly apologetic and offered to refund our upgraded amount, so we'd pay like a normal room, which was appreciated. I do tink the hotel and team have great potential, but this was an undeniably disappointing stay for us.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and informative, which was a great welcome to Madrid during our first few days. The hotel is right next door to a train station, making it an excellent central position. It is also nearby lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was quite small, but well designed, with good cupboard space, plus room to lay our suitcases, and two large windows opening onto small balconies so we could easily get fresh air, and increase the feeling of space. The bathroom was lovely! Good size and well decorated. The bar downstairs has good coffee.

The location was very good, with easy access to public transport and close to many places in the city. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good option for visiting Madrid.
Todo iba bien, excepto que nos quedamos sin luz durante 5 horas y eso me causó daños.

Vraiment beau bâtiment ! Propre également. Emplacement nickel à côté du métro. Nourriture bonne
Airco ne semble pas fonctionner. Pas de brosse pour les toilettes. Personnel du déjeuner très sec et expéditif.
Il manquait aussi des choses au déjeuner, alors que la carte n’est pas très grande de base.
Localização muito boa, bairro menos turístico e de fácil locomoção, principalmente pelo metrô que fica na porta.
Ar condicionado fraco, não dava conta do resfriamento de todo quarto, embora em temperatura mínima.
