bad service ever

I just like the location

Cons:

The service was so bad! We should check in started from 2 pm but only managed to get the room at 4pm. We didn't get the appartment that we have been booking via booking. com. We've been given 2 separated room instead. The 2nd room only ready at 6pm. The food for breakfast also not satisfying. We will not coming back to stay here again. sorry!

It’s a good experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

It was super peak season and maybe there’s limited cleaning staff. Our unit was not cleaned on the second day by 4 pm. In the end we only requested for change of towels and removing of waste.

Great location and excellent value for money!
Pros:

The apartment is conveniently located near The Spring and Vivacity shopping malls. There is ample parking available within ST3 (the building itself), with parking charges at only RM2 per day. The Spring Mall is within walking distance and can be accessed via a partially covered bridge.
The two-bedroom apartment is comfortably sized for my family of five. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large refrigerator, which is particularly useful for families who prefer to prepare and enjoy meals in the apartment.
My kids enjoyed the swimming pool - it is always crowded with families.

Cons:

The apartment is a little dated, but the overall condition is acceptable. There was a slight smell from the older furniture initially, but it disappeared after the air conditioning had been running for a while. The doors creak when opening and closing, which should be a minor maintenance fix.
Soundproofing can be improved.

Spacious room comes with a little kitchen. Good for long term stay.
Pros:

This hotel sits in a quiet place that is close to a nice mall, Spring Mall. There are restaurants nearby. There is a cozy nice Island cafe on the ground floor. Very close to the airport. Not far to the river front by taxi. You could wash your clothes in this hotel.

Cons:

Wish the washroom could be upgraded.
