Parfait
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Madrid à pied. Chambre très confortable et propre.

Cons:

Le premier soir au moment de se laver, pas d'eau chaude, nous avons du descendre à la réception pour avoir des explications, car personne ne nous a prévenu qu'il y avait un problème d'eau dans tous l'hôtel.

Helpful staff and well situated hotel
Pros:

Location for Prado and Thyssen is excellent. Easy walk from airport bus stop as well. Room had slightly open plan bathroom but was well planned and worked well. Beds were comfortable. Coffee machine in landing also did hot water for tea.

Cons:

Very little to quibble about. Not luxury but perfectly good for a weekend away.

Pros:

Perfect location. Conveniences were easy to walk to (coffee, grocery, bodega). Very helpful staff. The room exceeded expectations. The shower! Ah! The showerhead was magical.

Pros:

Ubicación, cama, baño, orden y limpieza.

Cons:

Aspecto de mejora sugerido, es la ubicación de la caja fuerte, muy incómoda la posición para poder usarla como corresponde. También el amenity del café es mejorable. Solo se deja cápsula del café.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

La habitación necesita mantenimiento (rodapies rotos, plato de ducha rajado, moho en los azulejos de la ducha). La limpieza no es buena, había mucho polvo en el suelo. Y la iluminación en general en la habitación y en especial en el espejo de baño muy deficiente.

Gebruikelijk zweterig plastic onderlaken. Voor mij te stevig matras. Ik moest de minibar loskoppelen, maakt lawaai s’nachts.
