disappointing
Cons:

toilet seat in guest bathroom was filthy
most of the taps and drain covers in the bathrooms were damaged or missing
slow with check in and check out
staff and communication is not that of a 4 star hotel

Excellent location..walking distance to our target place VFS Tasheer

Cons:

We booked the hotel with breakfast included however no buffet for 2 days..we have to wait for our breakfast to be served and same varity served for our 3 days stay
