Staying here with my partner was such a sweet experience. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the service overall was excellent. After long days walking around Bangkok, it felt amazing to come back to such a relaxing place. It definitely made our trip more memorable.We truly appreciated Khun Waraya at the front desk. She was attentive, helpful, and very polite. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, which allowed us to focus on enjoying our time together. Her great service really stood out during our stay.

Our family trip to Bangkok was even better because of our stay at Bangkok Marriott. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well managed. One of my favorite hotels in Bangkok, for business travel. About 30-40 mins drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Located right next to Thong Lor BTS Skytrain Station for public transportation and with convenient access to Sukhumvit Road and Thong Lor / Ekkamai. Friendly staff, smooth reception procedures, well maintained rooms, good F&B options including the rooftop Octave bar. Special shoutout to the staff at the Executive Lounge on the 40th floor with great view, food and friendly service by K Tanya and her colleagues!

As someone who stays at Marriott hotels more than 100 nights a year and has experienced all the Marriott properties in Bangkok, I can genuinely say that Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit will now be my first choice.

Tanya made this stay especially memorable by generously upgrading me to one of the highest-floor upgraded room for five days, which was incredibly thoughtful, especially for a longer stay like mine. Her warm smile and natural small talk at the Executive Lounge truly stand out. Every time you walk into the lounge, you’re greeted by her friendly presence, along with delicious food and professional service, which instantly makes the stay even more enjoyable.

With Octave, one of the most famous rooftop bars in Bangkok, is located in the hotel, and with all the staff being consistently friendly and welcoming, the experience is always exceptional.

FYI, Sauna for men is out of order until March 2026.

From arrival to departure, the service was flawless. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, impeccably clean, and perfectly located, but what truly sets it apart is the team.
A very special mention must go to the concierge. Their professionalism, composure, and efficiency were remarkable. They effortlessly arranged everything we needed throughout our stay — reservations, transport, recommendations — all handled seamlessly. Most impressively, when we required emergency medical services just hours before our departure, the concierge coordinated everything immediately and calmly. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was managed with such competence and care that we were able to focus on what mattered. We are deeply grateful.
Every interaction at this hotel reflects genuine hospitality and attention to detail. The staff anticipate needs before you even voice them, and the level of service is consistently world-class.
