Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit

I love thonglor area. I stayed at the other hotel before. But this time I want to try this hotel. It was amazing the room the view is beautiful. Especially the staff there were fantastic. The sky bar was incredible. I would love to comeback there.

S C Bhatia the Chef arranged Vegetarian food without onion and garlic for us. We were a minority of 2 in the large group among 180 people. I must say he is a gem of a Chef and a real support for good human relationship

We recently hosted a family function at the hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely superb—every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all our guests.

What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our special occasion.

Overall, it was a memorable event, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making it so seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone planning a family gathering or celebration! Silver jubilee celebrations done right!

Hotel is clean and well furnished. Bath rooms spacious and very good.
Lounge in 40th floor can be recommended with well cooked food / breakfast offer.
Good rooftop bar.
Staff very helpful and well trained.
Location not in direct Center like JW but very close to sky train.

I have stayed at this property several times, including twice last year. On previous visits the service was consistently good and the facilities were well maintained. Unfortunately, this stay was different.

Several small things in the room and around the hotel were no longer functioning properly, and the elevators were frequently unreliable.

We are both Titanium Bonvoy members and therefore have access to the Executive Lounge. However, the lounge no longer feels “executive”. It is extremely crowded and often resembles a busy cafeteria or bar rather than a quiet lounge.

It also seems that Bonvoy status has lost much of its value, as lounge access can now be purchased at a relatively low price. As a result, the lounge is packed, the noise level is high, and there appears to be no dress standard, with some guests arriving in gym clothes.

We have enjoyed staying here in the past and hope conditions will improve, but the hotel clearly needs to address these issues.

Overall a nice decent Marriot brand hotel in Suk area as next to it is Thong Lo BTS station which makes it easy to move around the city area yet you don’t feel too congested due to it’s location in Thong Lo. One downside is the club lounge is the smallest I ever come across for a Marriot hotel and can get quite crowded during peak hours. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is quite good as it focuses on quality over quantity but can get crowded during peak hours if the hotel is running at full occupancy . Room I was given is small for a Marriot brand type compared to other rooms I had stayed in other Marriot properties. The staff as usual are very friendly and accommodating which makes up the shortcomings in other areas

The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and super comfy, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing but still stylish. It was perfect for both resting and getting ready for our night plans.Khun Waraya at the front desk was amazing. She handled our group check-in smoothly and explained everything clearly. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful. Traveling with friends can get a bit loud and messy sometimes, but she managed everything with a smile. Really appreciate her great service!

My stay at Bangkok Marriott was smooth from start to finish. Check-in was quick, the room was spotless, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt both luxurious and relaxing. I am an Ambassador Elite member of Marriott Bonvoy with over a million points. I have stayed at many Marriotts. I had a drink in the lobby of this Marriott. I asked for peanuts. They brought a small bowl. When I finished it I asked for another. The rather surly waitress pointed to an empty bowl. No more peanuts. No attempt was made to get more peanuts. It was hard to believe that in a hotel this size there were NO MORE PEANUTS ! It is one of the few times I did not leave a tip.

Traveling solo can be tiring, but staying at Bangkok Marriott made it so much better. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were great, and I loved spending quiet time by myself at the hotel after being out all day. Khun Waraya at the front desk really stood out. She welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. Anytime I had questions, she was ready to help. It’s small things like this that make a big difference when you’re traveling alone. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

One of my favorite hotels in Bangkok, for business travel. About 30-40 mins drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Located right next to Thong Lor BTS Skytrain Station for public transportation and with convenient access to Sukhumvit Road and Thong Lor / Ekkamai. Friendly staff, smooth reception procedures, well maintained rooms, good F&B options including the rooftop Octave bar. Special shoutout to the staff at the Executive Lounge on the 40th floor with great view, food and friendly service by K Tanya and her colleagues!
