Cons:

There was a problem with housekeeping service - even the first day the room was not cleaned at all and the explanation was a problem with the hotel system. The last night there was a false fire alarm at 00:30 and all guests were forced to go out during the night.

Pros:

The location is good and the staff tried to be helpful.

Cons:

It’s a Hilton. Although it billed itself as a 5 star, it most definitely is not. Also, hotel food offerings were limited.

Das Hotel ist absolut aussergewöhnlich - und passt damit perfekt in das spannende neue Stadtbild Rotterdams. Die Lage neben der Erasmusbrücke an einem Hafenbecken ist genial, Strassenbahn- und Metrostation liegen vor der Haustüre. Die Aussicht der etwas Zimmer auf die Wasserseite könnte kaum spektakulärer sein, besonders nachts. Die Räume inklusive Bad (mit Whirlpoolwanne!) sind funktionell bis aufs kleinste durchdacht und vom Design her geschmackvoll, die Betten sehr bequem. Dafür lohnt es sich, etwas mehr auszugeben. - In der Bar auf Wasserebene macht es Spass, sich einen oder zwei Cocktails zu gönnen. Sehr hilfreich und angenehm war die Dame des Concierge-Services. Alles in allem ein Tophotel an einer Toplage. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Untransparant billing, you get endless charges, already 4 in totally. They keep fooling around with your card, even the next day. Untransparant and untrustworthy.

Fijn hotel, let op je zaak!
Pros:

Vijf kamers gehuurd. Mooie stille kamers en geweldig uitzicht op de haven. Bubbelbad en soms met privé sauna. prima groot bed. Heerlijk geslapen. Lekker gezwommen in de prachtige wellness op de 8e etage.

Cons:

Het inchecksysteem is naatje! Ik had voor de groep 5 kamers gereserveerd en twee weken vooraf ter plaatse met de incheckbalie 5 hooggelegen (upgraded) kamers uitgekozen op een gelijke etage, zodat de groep van 9 personen bij elkaar kon blijven. Op de dag van aankomst echter bleek dat al deze zorgvuldig geplande informatie verloren was gegaan en werden we met moeite verdeeld over drie etages. Shame on you Hilton!

De computer storing en de daarbij behorende slechte behandeling van de klanten, pasje werkte niet en moesten maar afwachten of dat opgelost werd , en na een half uur maar eens gebeld hoe dat opgelost zou worden, en het antwoord was dat er iemand zou komen om voor ons de deur te openen, ook kregen we een voor de bar maar die was gesloten toen we beneden kwamen.
