One of the best views you will find but we were the only guests in the hotel. Isolated mountain that can be scary. Staff is one of kind. Great service. The road to get to the hotel is very rough and steep. Distance from the airport is an hour but on hotels.com it says 33 min. That was misleading and caused getting a ride early in the morning be unpredictable

Sehr ruhig gelegens rustikales Hotel
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr rustikales Hotel am Stadtrand die Lobby und Baar haben viele uralte Requisiten. Wer mal kein standard Hotel sucht ist mit dem gut bedient. Die Essens auswahl ist nicht gross dafür aber exzellent. Auf wünsch wird oder service werden sofort zur kenntnis genommen.

Such a beautiful and unique property and everybody was so lovely. I wish more people would have the chance to stay here. It was fairly empty…. We had a two-story room with a wood-burning fireplace downstairs. I have never stayed somewhere with that sort of amenity.!

Pros:

This place is amazing for a quiet and restful stay, also if you want to have a romantic time. Food at the restaurant is really good, although little expensive, otherwise I would do this as my weekend place to lunch or dinner. For sure a recommended place to stay if you want to be close to the city key touristic points, or if you will go up to Pichincha summit

Pros:

10/10 Experience. Tbh better use the hotel driver cuz the location is a bit hard to reach. All other things were perfect. The breakfast was decent and all the service was prompt and nice.

Pros:

Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights.

Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest for the remainder of the morning until we could find accommodations.

Es un lugar encantador, cuidan mucho de los detalles y el personal es súper amable y servicial. El lugar es muy cerca de la ciudad, pero distanciado lo suficiente para sentirse alejado y muy cerca de la naturaleza y respirar aire puro. Súper recomendado!
