Apartamento espaçoso e confortável. tinha travesseiros fofos, lençóis quentinhos, pratos, copos, talheres e forno microondas ! A água quente estava funcionando.
Central de ar funcionando perfeitamente !

Confortável e muito bem organizado.
Pros:

O apto é confortável e tudo muito bem organizado. A estrutura do hotel é excelente. Tem a área da cobertura com bar e piscina e o terraço para ver a paisagem; final da tarde as pessoas ficam lá vendo o pôr do sol no Rio Negro.

Cons:

Nada. Foi tudo ótimo.

L'hotel è molto grande e offre validi servizi: buona colazione, bellissima piscina paoramica sul tetto, palestra spaziosa, servizio in camera efficiente, camere grandi.

Cons:

Ci vuole fortuna nell'assegnazione di una camera giusta; abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare camera per ben due volte: nella prima entravano cascate d'acqua dalla finestra durante un temporale (a Manaus sono frequenti), nella seconda (camera numero 1313) eravamo adiacenti a un locale tecnico con i motori dei condizionatori che facevano un rumore infernale h24 che non ci ha fatto dormire.
Alla seconda richiesta di cambio camera, fortunatamente, ci hanno assegnato una camera almeno silenziosa (non ha più piovuto, quindi non garantisco per la finestra...).
Comunque il personale è stato disponibile, ma dopo un pò di insistenza e arrabbiature.
