Pros:

Nous avons réservé une chambre dans l’hôtel bosque da praia, arrivé là bas nous apprenons que nous sommes redirigés vers un autre hôtel de la chaîne à 1km de la (hôtel Quinto do Rio).

Dans un premier temp, nous avons perdus plus d’une demie journée et beaucoup d’argent en taxis pour nous rendre au premier hôtel a cause du manque d’information. Pour finalement être déplacés dans un hôtel très loin du centre. Les chambres étaient sales, un nid de guêpes dans la salle de bain, des cafards et fourmis dans le salon.
Ça craint pour un 3 étoiles.

D’autant plus qu’au lieu de profiter des commodités nous avons passé la journée à organiser notre nuitée à l’hôtel.
Nous souhaiterions un remboursement ou un geste commercial de la part de la chaîne d’hôtel.

A entrada e a área externa precisam de pintura. A primeira impressão fica comprometida. No entanto, o flat é novinho, bem montado, condicionado ótimo.
