Bella struttura ma la colazione non è da 4 stelle
Pros:

La posizione é ottima se si vuol visitare la valle d’Itria. Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, personale della reception, housekeeping e sala molto cordiali.

Cons:

La colazione deludente, probabilmente perché stavano chiudendo, in un 4 stelle però non te lo aspetti

Zeer mooi hotel met heel degelijk ontbijt en vriendelijke personeel!
Pros:

Zeer mooi hotel met zeer goed ontbijt! We waren, door het laagseizoen, bijna de enige gasten. Alles werd voortreffelijk geregeld. Mooie, ruime kamers. Gezellige bar en een prachtig domein!

Beautiful place! Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and property.
Pros:

Spent one night here between cities of Alberobello and Lecce. Conveniently located not far from main road. Dining options were great! There was a wedding taking place at the time of our stay, and the staff were able to accommodate those of us visiting the hotel for other than the wedding. Great job doing BOTH! For dinner, we ate orecchiette with artichoke cream and clams, and it was excellent!
Huge breakfast buffet, anything you could desire. Excellent spacious facilities.

Eine absolute Zumutung! Der ältere Herr an der Rezeption ist das unfreundlichste, arroganteste und unsympathischste „Aushängeschild“, das man sich vorstellen kann. Von Gastfreundschaft keine Spur – im Gegenteil: man wird von oben herab behandelt, als wäre man ein lästiger Bittsteller oder gar sein Angestellter.

Sein Auftreten war durchweg respektlos, herablassend und eine richtige Frechheit. Anstatt professionell und hilfsbereit aufzutreten, zeigt er nur Überheblichkeit und schlechte Laune. So ein Verhalten ist in einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb schlicht inakzeptabel und wirft ein katastrophales Licht auf das gesamte Haus.

Wer Kunden so behandelt, sollte dringend darüber nachdenken, ob er an einer Rezeption überhaupt richtig ist.

Vermijd dit hotel. Elke dag bruikoften met luide muziek
Pros:

Mooie accommodatie en prachtig zwembad

Cons:

Op beide dagen dat we er waren werden er bruiloften georganiseerd met veel gasten. Deze namen het hotel over: parkeren was biet meer mogelijk en harde muziek tot 01:00.

Trouwfeest hotel , niet voor vakantie

Het zwembad

Cons:

Het hotel is afgelegen, zonder auto ver van alles , het hotel is vooral voor trouwfeesten , als er trouwfeest is zeer veel lawaai ook in de week, voor vakantie geen aanrader!
