המיטה אחלה, החדר מרווח מאוד, המקלחת סבבה, יש פינת אוכל, אינטרנט, מזגן סבבה, מכולת למטה.

Cons:

500 ₪ פיקדון באשראי, תופס מסגרת, מיותר. החדר גם ככה משולם אונליין. אין אופציה למזומן/צ'ק. אני הגעתי ולא יכולתי לקבל את החדר כי לא הייתה לי מסגרת פנויה של 500₪ באשראי בלבד. לא ראיתי את זה בבוקינג כשהזמנתי, המציגה טענה שזה כתוב שם. לא בדקתי אח''כ, הצעתי מזומן- לא עזר. הייתה מגבת אחת בלבד בחדר (הייתי לבד). לא מגבת פנים, לא מגבת לרגליים ליד המקלחון, כלום. נראה לי בסיסי להשאיר לפחות שתי מגבות גם אם הבן אדם לבד בחדר. יש מכונת קפה קומקום חשמלי ומקרר, אחלה. יש גם מלא כלים, כולל כלים לקפה, לסוכר, לתה.. הכל ריק ומאובק. אין כלום בחדר, שקית קפה שחור, סוכר, משהו?? חחח העיקר המזווה מלא כלים ריקים כאילו שמישהו מבשל שם בלי גז ובלי פלטה. מיותר.

החדר היה נקי ברמה סבירה ונוח, אך חווינו חוסר שלוש ציפות לכרית ולא היה מגב. ביקשנו להשלים את החוסרים אך נמסר לנו שאין אפשרות לקבל שירות לאחר 22:00, וקיבלנו את הציוד רק למחרת. השירותים קטנים מאוד, אין מקום לכלום

We had another wonderful stay at R&B Apartment—this is actually our second time booking with them, and they never disappoint.

What truly impressed us is their honesty and excellent service. During our recent stay, we accidentally left behind newly purchased iPhones. Even though it was already late at night, we contacted them right away, and they immediately took action and helped recover everything. We are incredibly grateful.

This wasn’t the first time either—on our previous stay, we also forgot our iPad, and their staff contacted us right away. Their honesty and integrity are truly commendable. Huge respect to the team!

Aside from that, the apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s a great place to stay, especially with complete utensils available if you want to cook.

Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!
