המיקום היה יחסית קרוב לאיזור של הברים והחוף

Cons:

הנציגה לא הייתה שיט הנחמדה וכשנשאלה איפה נמצא היא לא הסבירה פשוט אמרה תגיעו לכתובת הזו והזו ובקיצור לא ניסתה לעזור חוץ מזה היה ממש נחמד ורק חסרה מראת גוף שזה בסיסי ברמות

הדירה עצמה בסדר אבל מלאה בבעיות קשות ושירות הלקוחות גרוע ולא מתפקד

יום אחד לא היה חשמל ויום אחד המים היו מנותקים יום שלם והמשקוף ה2 מטר מלמטה למעלה באמבטיה נפל באמצע הלילה ונשמיע פיצוץ ועוד המון בעיות ושרות הלקוחות לא מתפקד עובדים שם רק שני אנשים גבר ואישה שכימעט לא נימצאת וכל פעם שהייתה בעיה קשה (היו הרבה מאוד) צילצלתי אליהם המון פעמים במשך ימים בשעות הפעילות שלהם עד שבסוף ענה העובד אחרי הרבה סבל

שלום צוות דירות סיטי אילת,
תודה על תגובתכם. עם כל הכבוד, אני רוצה להבהיר כי פניתי אליכם מיד עם הגעתי לדירה כדי לדווח על חוסר ניקיון חמור. לצערי, המענה שקיבלתי לא פתר את הבעיה, והחוויה שלנו הייתה רחוקה מאוד מהמצופה – הן מבחינת ניקיון והן מבחינת התמונות באתר.
הילדים שלי ואני חווינו אי נוחות רבה, ולא יכולנו להישאר בדירה. התמונות לא משקפות את מצב הדירה בפועל, והחוויה שלנו הייתה קשה מאוד.
אבקש להעלות את הנושא לשירות הלקוחות של Booking.com ולבדוק אפשרות לקבל החזר חלקי, לאור העוול שנגרם לנו.

This time we stayed at City Apartments with my wife and were pleasantly surprised. The location turned out to be very practical, the beach is close, and everything you might need is nearby. One thing I really liked was that there were always parking spots available, which made moving around easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. We would gladly stay here again.
