Pros:

The building is attractive , very clean and minimal with beautiful stone walls. The staff were very nice . The bedroom and bathroom are well furnished, everything working well in the bathroom. The safe was easy to use . We enjoyed our breakfasts in the hotel opposite , the selection of food being very good , especially the amount of fresh fruit available . The instructions regarding checking in electronically using the ATM , were accurate .

Cons:

Los viernes no hay servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones y el aviso de que esto es así está en un papel sin remarcar y entre otras muchas explicaciones, por lo que es fácil pasarlo por alto, debería ser bastante mas visible. por suerte su personal es excelente y enseguida atendieron nuestra necesidad de toallas para ese día.

Bien pero mejorable
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta para visitar la ciudad y restaurantes y bares alrededor.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tenían todos los servicios y una terraza perfecta para el verano. Yo fui en enero y no la aproveché
No entiendo que el baño forme parte de la habitación, sin separarla y además el inodoro este en un armario. No lo había visto nunca

la ubicación, está muy céntrico

Cons:

En el baño faltaban amenities, solo había una pastilla de jabón, creo que el precio permite incluir alguna cosa más, como cepillo de dientes o gorro de baño.
La salida es antes que en otros hoteles, es a las 11 cuando en la mayoría es a las 12 horas.

very poor sanitary installations maintenance and interior design, rest ok
Pros:

friendly staff, good AC, comfortable bed
breakfast was good, not spectacular but good

Cons:

cockroaches everywhere, bathroom was open so you do not have any privacy (e.g. your spouse has no way to escape your stink), sink was plugged/ water took hours to go down, mold in the shower, and when using the bathtub the whole room ended up flooded due to some leak

Was very nice, good shopping in area and Yohann very helpful with finding my car on first day.
Pros:

Location was good and central within the Old Town.

Cons:

A full length mirror and brighter lights.
Maybe slightly bigger bar fridge.

Accueil avec grande amabilité, localisé au centre de la vieille ville de Alcudia.
Pros:

Excellent accueil, chambre spacieuse et confortable avec vue sur la vieille ville. C'est surtout l'humanisme avec laquelle j'ai été accueilli qui m'a frappé et qui me fait recommander cet établissement

Rien à redire. Excellent acceuil.

EL HOTEL ALCUDIA PETIT SE PUBLICITA COMO CUATRO ESTRELLAS Y DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR, LA UBICACIÓN MUY BIEN PERO SIN SERVICIO DE PERSONAL, LIMPIEZA REGULAR, MANTENIMIENTO MAL, RUIDOS... PARA EL PRECIO QUE TIENE NO VALE LA PENA.
