Excellence of holidayinnn express
Pros:

A quit place which is well maintained and the staff who are very systematic and very helpful. Smiling Sakshis , a warmth of happiness with hygenic food from Prashanth and Aditya, place and commute support from Pooja and Kusum, rooms always kept clean and in order from prithi' sudip, arthi. Experience cannot be expressed in words, i enjoyed every day of my stay. Thanks to all the team. They are the best.

Very pathetic
Pros:

The rooms were to small. The cost what they are charged it was pathetic rooms breakfast. I suggest don't book this hotel.

Cons:

Their service manager or they don't have reception to pick up the calls and answer the things. Also someone hack there number and fraud had happen with me

We had a great experience during our stay at Holiday Inn Express. 🎉💐🙏💖🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The rooms were a decent standard and the beds were very comfy. The hotel lobby had good seating and all the staff were very helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Reception staff Sakshi, Kusum and Swarup helped us with checkin and performed all admin duties with great attention going above and beyond. Prashant and Chef in Kitchen and Preeti and Manoj in housekeeping were also great help, very considerate and very professional.. I would suggest management to promote them all with big bonus and rewards as they truly deserve it.. If management fails to recognise their efforts then I'll be really disappointed in IHG and Holiday Inn Express brand.. So pls do the right thing.. Best wishes to all Staff and Big thank You.. 🎉💐🙏💖🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cons:

The aircon was bit noisy and with vibration.. The bathroom doors were quite creeky and there's not enough twin rooms from 1-5 on each floor.. most twin rooms are closer to the main road and the traffic horns disturbee our sleep..Luckily Reception staff helped move us to a quieter room..
