Pros:

A solicitude da equipe em tentar corrigir os muitos problemas estruturais do hotel.

Cons:

Apartamentos sem mesa de trabalho, sem armário para guardar roupas (quarto 26), ar condicionado com problema, TV com imagem toda borrada e chuveiro elétrico. Isso tudo em um hotel que cobrar R$ 375,00 pela diária. Inadimissível o preço com o que o hotel oferece. Para ir ao primeiro andar, tem somente uma rampa bastante inclinada e com piso soltando. Nos corredores existem desníveis de um degrau, o que impede com que o hotel seja classificado como aceita pessoas com restrições de mobilidade.

Pros:

Infelizmente está bem pessimo,a água do banheiro estava suja, o chuveiro não esquenta e pela manhã não temos uma gota de água nem para lavar o rosto
