فندق جميل بأطلاله رائعة
Pros:

- الغرفة بأطلاله جميلة على مضيق البسفور وواسعة ومريحة.
- بجانبه مطاعم وكافيهات وهناك مطعمين او ثلاثة على البسفور مباشرة وممكن الوصول لهم مشيا على الأقدام.
- التمشي على البسفور بجانب الفندق رائع جدا.
- الفطور جيد جدا وخصوصا الاطباق الجانبية المذكورة في قائمة الطعام والتي مشمولة مع سعر الأفطار.
- فريق عمل متعاون وخدوم ، وأخص بالذكر السيد Ogulcan Ocal على تعاونه وحسن استقباله.

Cons:

- السرير لم يكن مريح جدا ، ولكن لم اطلب تغييره، لم يكن مزعج كثير ولكن انصح ان تكون نوعية المراتب افضل..
- لو يتم وضع شطاف يدوي يجانب الكابينة في الحمام بكون افضل.
- بعيد عن المناطق السياحية ، ولكن هناك محطة بحرية عشر دقائق بالسيارة ، يطلع منها كل ساعة قارب يوصل لهم وتستغرق الرحلة حوالي الساعة وسعرها حولي 2.5 دولار.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Lage und Sauberkeit, das Personal war sehr professionell und freundlich , das Essen war auch sehr lecker

TV sehr alt und nicht zeitgemäß , keine Möglichkeit für Netflix

What made the experience even more special were the thoughtful details the staff prepared for our anniversary; it kept my wife smiling all day and made the occasion feel extra meaningful.

We also had a wonderful time at the spa, which was both relaxing and well-appointed. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The premises themselves were stunning, adding to the overall atmosphere of elegance and charm. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.
