We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Tarabya and would like to sincerely thank the team for the thoughtful birthday surprise. It was a lovely touch that made our celebration even more special.
A special thank you to Mr. Tuna at Reception and Mrs. Tana from Guest Relations for their hospitality. They truly made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the breathtaking Bosphorus view from our room, which made our experience unforgettable. We look forward to returning to this beautiful hotel in the future.

Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and from the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed. Although check-in took around 20 minutes, the staff kindly offered us complimentary drinks of our choice from the coffee bar while we waited. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made us feel valued and turned the wait into a lovely start to our stay.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with exceptional cleanliness throughout. The swimming pool was spotless, the public areas were impeccably maintained, and the overall atmosphere was elegant and luxurious.

Everything exceeded our expectations, and there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Our experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and a luxurious experience.

Great place to stay but work needed on restaurant service
Pros:

Great welcome, warm & friendly staff on the reception and fabulous room. Great pool and good choice of restaurants.

Cons:

An apparent lack of training for serving staff particularly in the READ restaurant, staff didn’t appear to know the menu, huge delays between ordering items and delivery, and not writing orders down. There’s a lot more to say but will take too long to list here. Just to add, the marble showers are a death trap- I slipped in the shower & hurt myself badly.

Otelin konumu ve manzarası çok güzel. Aracınız varsa veya sürekli taksi kullanacaksanız güzel ama toplu taşımaya çok ters.
Odaların tasarımı da hoş.

Cons:

Düğünümüz civardaki bir mekanda olacağı için birkaç gün burda kaldık, düğün günü makyöz vs gelip çekim yapılacağı için odanın hazırlanacağını söylediler. Yaklaşık 10 kişi bana ‘lütfen kahvaltıya inerken oda numaranızı söyleyin ki hemen odanızı hazırlatalım’ dedi. Buna rağmen oda asla hazırlanmadı yaklaşık 3-4 kere resepsiyonu aramam gerekti, çalışanların arasında büyük iletişim eksikliği var. Restoranda da çalışanlar müşterilere yetemiyor. Yemeğimiz 40 dakikada falan geldi, sipariş ettiğim bütün içecekler her gün sıcak geldi. Odada da bazı sorunlar yaşadık. Tekrar kalacağımı düşünmüyorum sadece düğünüm için kalmıştım.

Pros:

Moderne Zimmer, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Toller Standort.

Cons:

Klimaanlage in der Suite kam tagsüber nicht unter 25c trotz maximaler Einstellung. Beim Frühstück ist es sehr umständlich Kaffee oder Tee zu bestellen (wenig Personal) und sehr langwierig.

Ein wunderschönes Luxushotel mit spektakulärem Bosporus-Blick und herausragendem Service.
Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch seine fantastische Lage direkt am Yachthafen und den traumhaften Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber, geräumig und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet.

Cons:

Durch die Lage im Norden Istanbuls benötigt man recht viel Zeit, um zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten wie der Hagia Sophia zu gelangen.
