erau pe masura.. si m-a intampinat un miros groaznic din canalizarea baii, curatenie precara, iar salteaua unei camere de hotel de 5 stele murdara si oribila. Sa uiti sa stergi praful, sa strangi parul din baie sau sa inlocuiesti niste prosoape care nu mai sunt albe de ani, e de bun simt.., iar cand am anuntat starea saltelei.. o sa anunte seeviciul de curatenie… 🙁iar locatia la

Cons:

Way too expensive for what it offers, even if it is in Cluj. Old furniture, awkward design, neutral staff, poor parking spot that asks a lot of money for that narrow spots. Surely will never step again in that hotel.

Very sad, overmarketed and overpriced, no spa&pool available, poor breakfast
Pros:

After UNTOLD festival is done and the hotel owners made a lot of money, they don't care about the next tourists anymore. This is why this hotel had a lot of issues. First of all the bathroom had not been properly cleaned when we checked-in (including the toilet, with traces of #2) and didn't function properly (the water ran all night at the toilet, without any possibility to stop it and also the sink leaked). The shower gel dispenser wasn't there, on the wall along with the shampoo, but instead they provided small recipients. Second: breakfast was expensive, very poor and wasn't a buffet "because there weren't enough guests at the time". We had to order out of a short list of things, but they didn't even have those (no butter in the first day, no lactose-free yogurt ever, no fruit and the "bacon" was actually 2 slices of some sort of ham, fried). Third: thy spa and the pool weren't available for the whole stay due to "cleaning process in progress" (whatever that meant). The reason we picked this hotel was exactly the pool (not too many choices in Cluj). Once we booked the room, they should have sent us a message telling us that the pool and spa were unavailable and give us the chance to cancel and pick other accommodation, but they didn't. Fourth: parking at the hotel was RON 96/day which is totally outrageous, given the above mentioned issues the hotel had. Not only they never tried to compensate with anything, but at check-out, they almost charged us an extra parking day... The good part was that the room was spacious, but you want to avoid picking a room "with a city view" because those are the noisiest.
