The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

The kitchen did not give me what I ordered for dinner Saturday night. But it was corrected. Waking up Sunday morning, I killed a roach crawling on the bed headboard. That was very unfortunate.

Having a drunk peraon trying to get in your room in the middle of the night is scary and uncomfortable. Not the best place. Will not return

Pros:

The conveniency of the hotel given the time was great. The price was not worth the headache.

Cons:

The wait due to staff incompetence and over booking was a nightmare. The staff began to argue in front of a crowded lobby who were impatient due to staff being unwilling to be proactive at the front desk. The front desk clerk was rude and unwilling to assist just 15 minutes ahead of check-in which resulted in a backlog of guest trying to check in at the same time and the rooms were allegedly unavailable. We didn't officially check in until after 7:00 pm.

Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Best Cable TV we’ve had in a while at a hotel. Especially if you like sports, they have all the channels! And Pet friendly!! My dog is 14 and does not do steps well.

Cons:

Everything was great. The Bathroom tiles in front of the shower felt a little soft when you stepped on them. Figured it’s common in a lot of hotels but that was really the only thing we noticed.

Durante la estadia, llovio mucho y el agua se colaba por la ventana. Solo me dieron toallas para tapar la ventana. El microhonda lleno de moho. El personal parece que no tenian nada de ganas de trabajar.
