Great location and price! Room was clean except carpet floor appears to not have been vacuumed. There were plastic tags from clothing on floor, top from deodorant under table, and most cringing was a roach on the table crawling around. Otherwise, the bed was clean and comfortable.

The general area of the hotel was convenient for our visit to FSU and visiting with family. Check in was pleasant and the lobby was pleasant.

On our second night we saw 2 roaches around the desk area in the front room. We had a family room with kitchen, bunk beds and a seperate room. 1 we killed and the second one we took a picture. When we showed staff at check out, they said they would credit one night stay. We thought that was fair and we were satisfied. We were told to contact booking and then the hotel would confirm the refund.

We did as we were instructed but then got an email back from booking stating the hotel never responding to their message. The visit was 2 weeks ago and we have not been credited. Disappointed that the hotel didn’t take cleanliness more seriously and didn’t stand by their word.

Just a word of warning- where there is one (in this case 2) there are likely many. We couldn’t be the only ones who brought this to their attention.

Good experience, everything thing was in order & the receptionists were very efficient, helpful and very attentive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for their extended stay

Pros: Rooms are comfortable size with modern furnishings. Front desk was very professional. Quiet area.
Cons: It smells so bad in the room. They allow pets in the hotel which is the obvious source. Doubt they change the ac filter. You can see traces of former pets on the rug and the easy chair. Seems they should use those pet fees to remove the traces of them for regular guests.
Also, the bed is noticeably firmer than most modern hotels.
I regret not sticking to my more trusted brands.

Check-in was seamless and the staff was friendly and professional.
The breakfast was awesome. My grandsons are big boys and they really enjoyed the variety and selection of food.
Coffee was good and hot. A small variety of flavored creamer also.
The cleaning staff was on the ball. Kept room very clean and well supplied.
The location is set back from the main road so not much traffic noise at all.
All in all it was a very good stay. I'd stay again for sure.

Overall disappointed. Ants in the bathroom. Less than pleasant staff. Breakfast is subpar. Cleanliness of elevators and room not great.

Hotel is conveniently located right off i-10, but it's a little hard to find without GPS, especially after dark. I didn't really see any signage, but found it OK. There's a restaurant and bar on site, and outside is an extension of the bar with music. I was worried the music would keep me awake but it was pretty muffled, and stopped around 10, so wasn't a big deal. I got a single king room, and it was fine for 1 person. The rooms are kind of small, but certainly adequate for the price. Check in was quick and painless, but be aware they do charge a $100 incidentally fee that is refunded when you check out. The bed is pretty comfortable, everything seemed clean, although the grout in the bathroom could use some scrubbing. All in all it was a pleasant stay, and the price is good. Really my only complaint would be the smell. It's not bad, it's like a light air freshener that seems to be pumped throughout the building, but it makes me wonder if they're covering up some other smell. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers, especially if you don't have kids along (room is small and the only entertainment is the bar).

The common areas of the hotel had an odd smell (not sure what it was, but it wasn’t pleasant). Our room had a musty smell (like it had been closed up for a long time with the A/C off). The worst part, though, was that the curtains did not close (they were only partial curtains and could not be pulled closed) - our room was on the second floor facing the parking lot, so we had a bright light shining into our room all night with no way to block it! On a side note (minor annoyance), the TV in the room was not a smart TV (no way to use any streaming services). We were in town for a football game and were so thankful we only booked for one night! Definitely not worth the almost $300/night room rate!

The hotel is in a great location, right next to I/10. It is also quiet and secluded for calm nights and lovely breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day weekend. For the price, the room is fine and offers the standard amenities. The room was a bit moldy smelling upon entry but after using the cooling unit in dry mode for a couple of days the smell went away. I would stay here again when in Tallahassee.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff made sure I had clean towels and made my bed. What a wonderful feeling to be able to sleep in a very comfortable bedroom!

Super clean room. Great staff and easy check-in. Room was set at the correct temperature and appreciated to be put on the first floor with my furry friends.

There was a lot of humidity and not super clean but overall okay.

Maid service failed to check and replace missing items.
No TV remote in room. Burnt out bulbs not replaced. Door failed to close properly

So, at first I was given one room where the a/c was literally screaming and it smelled terrible in that room. So, I went back down and asked for another room. That room was awesome. The a/c was normal, no smell, the bed was comfy, and the shower was amazing.

I loved the snack area! My stay was last minute so I just grabbed a few things, and called it a night!

Everyone was super friendly.

Although, it’s in a busy area of Tallahassee it was quiet!

I’d definitely stay there again!
