Breakfast was good and the woman hosting breakfast was friendly and really great!

Cons:

The room was disgustingly smelly, damp feeling and ultra dated. It felt like a really bad college dorm room. For the price, this was truly outrageous. This hotel chain should be ashamed of themselves for this. Staff was ok. I asked for a room change and he did change it to something a tiny, tiny bit better. I could only get one hotel key, which was an inconvenience. I have to question whether the keys were on order like the associate said or if the associate was just too bothered to get another one. Terrible experience other than the breakfast and the sweet lady attendant at it!

Very disappointed. Will not stay at a TRYP hotel again.
Pros:

Location was OK and the breakfast was OK.

Cons:

My wife and I are both in our 80's and we were put on the top, 3rd floor at the extreme end of the hallway. Hard to believe there was nothing closer so we would not have to take the elevator so many times. Only gave us one key and I went down to the front desk to get another key because I was locked out and my wife was in the shower. I was told they could not give me another key so the clerk went with me to my room and unlocked the door for me.
