Zeer ruim appartement in het centrum.
Pros:

Het draait voornamelijk om de locatie; deze is echt fantastisch! Op loopafstand van meerdere bezienswaardigheden, midden in de stad. Prachtig zicht op de skyline, vooral na zonsondergang echt schitterend. Heerlijke bedden en kussens. Goede waterdruk waardoor douchen aangenaam is.

Cons:

Op website gebruikte foto's komen niet meer overeen met/ogen mooier dan de werkelijkheid: hoewel de opzet op de foto's klopt is het appartement, sanitair en meubilair inmiddels gedateerd en kan wel een grondige opfrisbeurt gebruiken (verblijf in groot appartement 216 op 15e verdieping: meubilair met gebreken en vlekken, schimmel in de douche, geen zitjes op het balkon, vieze muren).

Pros:

The place is huge and the view unbelievable, it is really amazing and comfortable close to all the good places in Rotterdam

Cons:

Even if the apartment is really nice, a beautiful it’s a bit neglected… the cleaning is not the best, some normal cutlery is not there, the tv is not even smart tv (which is not important but for the price you pay….)

I think it should be a bit more clean and add some more stuff that are missing.

Pros:

L'emplacement au cœur de la ville ,facile d'accès. Superbe appartement très moderne au 18ème étage avec balcon , vue imprenable sur la ville et le port. Le parking dans la résidence.

It wasn’t very clean,been twice before and it was clean both times,lack of cutlery and dishtowels,kitchen sink was leaking Bon to the floor 20 minutes after washing pots and pans

The room had everything we needed, the staff was friendly but the room had some malfunctions and was very bare.
Pros:

Large room, comfertable bed and location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were multiple things broken in the room and it was quite bare.

Une vue magnifique et des studios hyper spacieux.
Pros:

La vue! Les studios sont hyper spacieux et tout vitré. C'est magnifique.
En plus la résidence est en plein centre, difficile d'être mieux placé.
Le parking est une bonne option.
La literie est confortable.

Cons:

J'ai vu les commentaires disant que c'était mal entretenu et c'est vrai que les lieux ont vécu. Les murs, le sol, la douche ne sont pas de prime jeunesse. Mais c'était propre, bien équipé et la vue est splendide. A moins de 175€ la nuit, c'est imbattable.
Prévoyez un masque si vous n'arrivez pas a dormir avec la lumière. Il y a des rideaux occultants mais la lumière passe quand même.

Traumblick über Rotterdam
Pros:

Das Appartement in der 17. Etage vermittelt ein tolles Gefühl „über der Stadt“. Durch die bodentiefen Fenster wirkt es transparent und hell. Die Ausstattung ist sehr elegant und angenehm, das Personal ist bei kleinen Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. Eine tolle Location für einen Rotterdam-Besuch. Hervorragend auch die Nähe zum Konzerthaus De Doelen, wie wir ein tolles Konzert erlebt haben.

Cons:

Leider hat bei unserer Abreise der Kfz-Aufzug für das eigene Parkhaus Probleme gemacht, die dann aber gelöst werden konnten.

Не сподобалося те, що нас заселили не в номер, який я бронювала(
Мало бути 82 кВ М, а у нас було десь 30.
Проживали в номері 130 на 7 поверсі,в по фото мав би бути поверх набагато вищим.
Багато невідповідністей по фото.
Багато нюансів було по чистоті.
Ми проживали з дитиною, тому я обирала номер в надії на елементарну чистоту.
Нажаль я видалила фото,тому не маю що скинути.
Фото з більш менш гарним виглядом були лише в одну сторону і з балкону.
Панорамні вікна це круто,але коли у тебе з них вигляд на стіну будівлі,по якій постійно ходили якісь люди, ми мусили закрити штори.
Були вперше в Ротердамі і надіялись на краще,але........

Verrassing qua loft-gevoel, faciliteiten en uitzicht
Pros:

Super locatie, mooi appartement, design, uitzicht, heel goed bed, slaapbank erg goed, beddengoed hotelkwaliteit en schoon, alles aanwezig, heel compleet, perfect voor een stel of een gezin van vier, super aardige vrolijke nieuwe receptioniste. Fijn dat we bagage vroeg mochten achterlaten.

Cons:

Btje achterstallig onderhoud in de badkamer maar weegt niet op tegen alle mooie pluspunten

Pros:

Geweldige lokatie, ruim appartement.
Heerlijke bedden, voor onze zoon een echt bed en geen slaapbank.
Mooi servies in de keuken.

Cons:

Onderhoud van het appartement.Deur van de koelkast sloot niet helemaal. Lade van het badkamermeubel was krom getrokken en ging niet open. Douche kop bleef nauwelijks hangen.
