Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the site is very well situated in Lijnbaan, putting us very close to the Museum Park and the train station both, with several nearby tram and metro stops.

Dans l’ensemble ça va mais l’état de la chambres m’on énervé

L’emplacement de l’établissement était bien .

Cons:

Les chambre était poussiéreux le canapé pas propre le sol , les robinets de tout les chambres était sale , prise défectueuse, ils nous ont changer de chambre malgré sa la chambre était quand même bof

Total Überbezahlt und nicht zu empfehlen....nicht gepflegt....daher unsauber

Die Lage ist besonders gut...Metro direkt um die ecke....ebenso einkaufsviertel direkt vor der türe, hat natürlich den nachteil dass es etwas laut ist von der straßenbahn und von den leuten auf der straße..Rotterdam ist einfach super...viel zu sehen und besonders erwähnenswert ist die freundlichkeit der menschen, egal wo man hingeht...sehr sehr freundlich, wir haben uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt....jederzeit

Das Appartement war auf den ersten Blick imposant...beim näheren hinsehen gab es allerdings etliche mängel...der alessie wasserkocher war kaput und funktionierte nicht....die töpf waren so schmierig dass wir erst essig besorgt haben um einen topf auszukochen...RVS Töpfe muss man mit RVS Reiniger nach dem kochen behandeln damit sie von innen wie neu aussehen....wenn das nicht passiert sehen sie schmierig und fies aus...die schibetüre vom küchenschrank konnte man sehr schlecht öffnen....auf dem esstisch war ein brandfleck....auf dem bett lagen zwei topper...eins davon rutschte ständig nach außen so dass ich beinahe aus dem bett gefallen bin.....die dusche war auch unansehlich und schmierig...sehr schlecht gepflegt...das wasser in der dusche ließ sich schlecht auf temperatur einstellen.....der abfluss in den beiden wachtischen war auch nicht in ordnung..das wasser lief schlecht ab...auch die stelle wo das wasser abfließen soll war dreckig und ewige zeiten nicht sauber gemacht....Im großen und ganzen war das ganze sehr überbezahlt....bei gebrauch der dinge stellt sich heraus das die wohnung bessere tage gesehen hat und nicht regelmäßig gepflegt wurde....
