Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend. Die Aussicht im Apartment war toll. Das Parking direkt im Gebäude ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Eine kleine Auffrischung würde den Apartments nicht schaden. Uns hat dies aber nicht gross gestört.

Amazing stay with an unreal view, great comfort, and everything needed for a perfect trip — we would happily return agai
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean, cozy, and very bright. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The panoramic view was absolutely incredible — one of the best parts of the experience. We also really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, comfortable bed, cozy furniture, balcony, and the bathroom with two sinks and two mirrors. The towels and coffee capsules were replaced during our stay, which was a very nice touch. Overall, the apartment felt very comfortable and welcoming, and we would definitely love to come back.

Cons:

The building and apartments are clearly not brand new, and some parts feel a bit outdated. The TV was also quite old and only worked with regular channels, so it would be great if it could be upgraded to a smart TV in the future. We also experienced a temporary issue with hot water once during the stay, although it seemed to be only a short-term problem. Other than that, everything was great.

Centrale locatie, mooi uitzicht over de stad. Precies wat we zochten.

Cons:

*Het appartement in het algemeen was prima, maar de hygiëne liet wel wat te wensen over. De oppervlakte was hand-schoon, maar de badkamer was wat smoezelig en mocht echt een deepclean krijgen. Zelfde voor de keuken, alle kranen en de vloer door het hele appartement. De apparatuur en de installaties zijn vrij out-dated en mag een opfrisbeurt gebruiken
*Er is geen passende verduistering. Gordijnen zijn aan alle kanten te kort en geen verduistering aan de buitenkant waardoor de slaapkamers ontzettend warm worden met de zon er op, en bovendien de hele nacht verlicht blijven door het leven van de stad. Ook niet erg handig voor kinderen die overdag nog slapen. Overigens is er ook geen airco aanwezig. Prijs-kwaliteit staat totaal niet in een goede verhouding. Voor het geld wat we hebben betaald, hadden we veel meer verwacht (€300 per nacht!)
*Het volgende staat los van de accommodatie/het personeel maar was wel onderdeel van een vervelende ervaring: op het moment van aankomst/check-in stond de lobby vol met nieuwe gasten en duurde het incheckprocess zéker 45 min in een ontzettend hete lobby. De kamers bleken allemaal niet klaar waardoor de gasten ná de lange check-in tijd alsnog een uur moesten wachten tot de kamers daadwerkelijk klaar waren. Door de druk op de receptioniste en de onvrede van de andere gasten, werd de receptioniste ook onaardig en fel.
Op de dag van check-out bleek een van de twee liften het niet te doen. Het personeel was druk bezig met schoonmaakrondes en hadden de liften natuurlijk nodig, en alle uitcheckende gasten hadden de lift ook nodig met alle koffers. Dit maakte dat ik (zwanger + 2buggy’s met kleine kinderen) zéker 20 min op de lift heb staan wachten. Overmacht natuurlijk, en niemand kan daar wat aan doen, maar wel ontzettend irritant.
