Moi qui pensais y retourner pour mes vacances vu malhonnête , je pense pas y retourner

La proximité pour le shopping

Cons:

Le réceptionniste m’a fait payer deux fois la chambre et normalement le service compta devait me rembourser la différence jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Il refuse de payer une chambre qui avait déjà été payé chez Booking m’a encore été facturé 148 € malgré les mails, les appels téléphoniques, mais doléances sont restés en vain. C’est vraiment du vol.

Bon facturer deux fois la chambre qui avait déjà été payé sur Booking, je devais crédit sur ma carte de crédit avant mon départ qui n’a pas été fait en faisant confiance à des professionnels de l’hôtellerie qui me rend compte qu’il m’a arnaquer, d’une nuit

Idéal pour découvrir la ville en tout confort.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au centre de la ville et accessible à pied depuis la gare. Vue incroyable si l'appartement est situé dans les étages élevés. Les lits sont très confortables. C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et j'y reviendrais.

Pros:

Leider hat das Appartement viel Verschleiß. Mangel : Duscheanne Wasser läuft nicht richtig ab, WC Seifenspender sporadisch repariert, Risse im Bodenbelag.
Aber ich war trotzdem überrascht und begeistert über das tolle Appartement, super Aussicht,Traumhaft. ❤️

Wunderbares Studio in toller Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht!

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind ausgezeichnet. Das Studio war mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (TV, Küche, etc.). Die Kommentare betreffend „in die Jahre gekommen“ stimmen schon. Aber es war Nichts, was wirklich gestört hätte. Wir fanden das Studio ausgezeichnet und haben es geliebt, vom 9. Stock her in die Stadt zu schauen!

Cons:

Da gab es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Die Angekündigten zusätzlichen Handtücher im Schrank wären vielleicht gut gewesen, aber nicht notwendig.

Estancia en el centro de Rotterdam

La ubicación es genial para hacer todo lo necesario en el centro de Rotterdam. Transporte a pocos metros

Cons:

Al llegar al apartamento teníamos dos habitaciones reservadas. Una no estaba lista después de la prevista y en la otra había un huésped alojado y nos asignaron otra, pero nos hicieron perder tiempo que casi no teníamos

Très grande déception à éviter!
Pros:

L'emplacement et la vue

Cons:

L'état général, vétusté de la salle de bains, des toilettes également, matelas hyper mou, grand lit double inexistant plutôt deux lits simples.
Personnel très désagréable nous forçant la main à prendre un second appartement car nous étions 5 au lieu de 4, aucune possibilité de s'arranger.
