I can’t believe we could even afford a place like this. Beyond expectation.
Pros:

The design is so chic, the view is superb, the location is perfect, the staff are lovely and available 24/7. Just the best stay, can’t believe we could even afford a place like this. Beyond expectation.

Cons:

There was a strange smell, the door to our room had some issues which luckily were able to be figured out.

Wir trotzten dem kalten Wetter in Rotterdam und freuten uns immer wieder auf unsere Wohnung!
Pros:

Die Lage ist phanastisch. Auch die 24H Reception.

Cons:

Die Küche ist spärlich ausgestattet. Es fehlen Weingläser, Krug und Schalen.

Pros:

The apartment is very big in the dutch standards and that was good. The kitchen is equipped well. It is in the downtown.

Cons:

The maintenance is bad....the aparment had washing machine but I could not use it because there is rot inside and will damage my clothes.
The floor is cracked and there is litterly a duct tap....The bathtub drainage is not functioning and there is overall rot smell in the apartment.
These is parking as well which you get through a lift you drive into and takes you to the parking floor...but the lift itself is very small and if my car was 10cm wider, it wouldn't fit and I damaged my car because of small lift.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, les suites sont grandes.

Cons:

La chambre était très sale, les rideaux sales aussi, très forte odeur dans le four, vaisselle pas très propre, salle de bain devait avoir un rafraîchissement.
L'aspirateur n'aspiré pas, il manquait un balai

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, um von dort aus alles gut erreichen zu können. Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausblick aus 16. Stock ist großartig.

Cons:

Sauberkeit und Zustand unserer war nach unseren Maßstäben erschreckend. Brandflecken im Wohnzimmer, verschimmeltes Bad, fehlende Unterschrank-Schubladen, fleckige Vorhänge und ein übler Plastik-Geruch aus den Küchenschubladen, der Kopfschmerzen/Migräne verursacht. Dazu eine Heizung ohne Funktion (Reise-Zeitraum Dezember).

Good location, great views
Pros:

Location was central, shops and restaurants all close by as was the tram stop. Large apartment was very spacious

Cons:

The main room was cold despite our best efforts to adjust the underfloor heating. In contrast the bedroom floor at night was so hot almost too hot to walk on. Several of the lights didn't work (over table light and one main bedroom light)
