It’s convenient. Room is ample for 4 adults. Service is good. All request is attended properly such as request for iron as well as fresh towel. Daily housekeeping is done attentively.

Amazing experience in Grabd Jatra Pekanbaru
Pros:

I’ve only been out of my country just a few and to a beautiful hotel like this, was my first time. The experience would be the reference point for me for now so I am going to rate it 10/10! Even though English is not commonly spoken in Pekanbaru, the hotel Staff seem to communicate really well with me and my team. If you’re worried about your gym routines, don’t be, Grand Jatra has a well equipped gym.
Be sure to check out the Sauna and rhe massage as well! I got a 60min traditional massage for just 16USD!
There is also a mall attached to the hotel, with quite a few diners there. Breakfast is always good, good coffee, clean rooms and always smiling staff!

The Grand Jatra Hotel in Pekanbaru provides excellent room and board. The facilities housed in the hotel include a pool, gym, restaurant and bar, they are all high quality and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and hotel staff provide excellent and convenient cleaning services. Every member working at the Grand Jatra is friendly and kind, they make you feel like you are at home, and problem with service or amenities will be handled swiftly and professionally.

Your receptionist is juzt an employee NOT your hotel ambassador!
Pros:

One of the Receptionist who checked us in has lost her soul doing her job! no engagement, only know to give room key, lack of skills, customer service, she is jz an employee n not your hotel ambasador!

Not acceptable for 4-5 star to have stained n dirty look of cushions, carpet, lamp shade, sunken chair/sofa, bathroom door dirty n getting rotten, dustbin should b replace wth a better one:(. However the Bed is comfortable n inviting..

A good hotel I've visit, the room quiet clean, and they serve a delicious meal. but kinda confused with the parking area for motorcycle but overall 9 out ten for the service. I really enjoyed stay here and i wish i will be back soon, thanks jatra
