Good stay but Marriott Hotels in Beijing (stayed there in August) and Da Nang Villas were better.
Pros:

Great customer service from all staff members.

Cons:

1. The bathroom toiletries were not always filled or replaced. However, housekeeping response was good.
2. Being Charged a fee for late check-out (i.e. 18H00) which was not even 12 hours after the official check-out date.

Un petit déjeuner excellent!

Cons:

On avait notre vol à 23h20 , malgré nos duplications pour faire un Check up tardif, on a reçu un non définitif. Il a fallu traîner dans Hanoi pendant des heures avant de partir à l’aéroport. Aussi, pendant la réservation l’option de la navette gratuite était indiqué, mais en réalité malgré notre insistance on a pas eu la navette.

Comfortable Luxury
Pros:

When you walk into this hotel it feels luxurious. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The De'Longhi coffee maker makes wonderful coffee. I love the freestanding bathtub and generous sized shower. The heated loo seat and fancy bidet options were fun.

Cons:

Some of the facilities such as the sauna were being remodelled and were unavailable. The buffet restaurant was hard to find. The gardens were limited and unimaginative.

We had a comfortable pleasant stay at the hotel and all of us had something fun to do
Pros:

It’s a big hotel, with gardens and a variety of restraunts.
The wellness spa is nice too. Went there twice in 5 days

Cons:

Location is the only downside as a tourist as alot of touristy stuff is around the old quarter area
