Great place to stay if your priority is luxury comfort, food and not many people in the lobby.
Pros:

It's JW Marriott. If Marriott was good this is the more upscale, richer cousin. Excellent facilities, great rooms and the staff are some of the best trained I've had the chance to interact with. Their command of the English language is superb, considering Vietnam is not a mainly English speaking country. They assist the guests at every inquiry. Food is great. Room service response time is also good.

Cons:

Nothing really. The location is a bit away from the main part of the city (it can take up to an hour via GRAB to get to the Old Quarter on a busy day) but you get the feeling of realxation.

Hanoi JW Marriott, the moist exclusive place to stay
Pros:

Waarschijnlijk één van de beste hotels waar ik ooit in verbleven ben, en heb er een paar honderden over de hele wereld bezocht!.
Alles klopte en was perfect, de kamers, de faciliteiten, het ontbijt, de vriendelijkheid en correctheid van het personeel, de tour operator faciliteiten, etc..

Cons:

Toch een beetje ver uit het centrum!
Geen shuttle terug naar het hotel.
Luchthaven shuttle ontbrak.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff especially Duc, Chi, Minh Huong and many other's

Also the Gym and Sauna

Cons:

Selection of pillows, too soft for. I like mid to hard pillows. The location is only 8KM to City but the traffic may take 1 hour to City.

Good stay but Marriott Hotels in Beijing (stayed there in August) and Da Nang Villas were better.
Pros:

Great customer service from all staff members.

Cons:

1. The bathroom toiletries were not always filled or replaced. However, housekeeping response was good.
2. Being Charged a fee for late check-out (i.e. 18H00) which was not even 12 hours after the official check-out date.
