Pros:

Staff were exceptionally kind to my family, especially my children. Downstairs, at breakfast everyone was especially kind. they made sure that my kids are getting to do some coloring while i quickly eat. they were interacting with them and making them very happy. i am amazed how kind everyone was to us. from reception desk to everyone i met in a lobby. i will definitely return

Не налажена коммуникация между персоналом, во первых я писал в сообщениях тут в букинг и в сообщениях на емайл о том что бы пред оставили номер с видом на озеро, но предоставили другой номер, видимо информацию не донесли до нужной службы. Перед отъездом на входе в отель я попросил службу парковки предоставить мне автомобиль с водителем Мерседес Бенц Е класса для того что бы он доставил меня и жену в аэропорт, служащий записал информацию но на следующий день мы уехали на обыкновенном такси такую машину нам предоставили, видимо служащий не до нес информацию до нужных людей или нужные люди не посчитали нужным отреагировать. А в остальном все здорово
