Poor quality top prices
Pros:

As we went there previously approximately 8-10 months ago we myself and very close friends as I sold it to them about the food was brilliant,it was obviously the opposite when it our meal's were served the plates seemed smaller, I myself ordered Cajun chicken I said to the waitress is this a "Sparrow breast" the plate was half filled with chips (Which they pride themselves on) my wife's meal of Hake and crushed new potatoes was nothing more than "Mush" our friends that I suggested to join us had what we call "Castell Howell"ready frozen food, what is disgusting is paying top prices for low standard cheap quick fast food plus top prices for drinks, I'm sorry to tell you that if you go there you be better off going for a "wetherspoons meal" slightly better and a lot better.

The Storm of January 2026
Pros:

We Loved everything about your facility and staff!!! We will be back next year! And the next! We were here for a 4 day event that sadly was changed to 3 day due to the Snow Storm! We were very grateful that Bird In Hand refunded us our last day with no cancellation fees!!!

It was a total pleasure!
Pros:

We had to scramble from a bad incident from another hotel. Bird-in-hand was a WONDERFUL pleasure to come to! More Winter specials would really great!.

We had a really nice time!
Pros:

Close to craft places, outlets and restaurants!

Cons:

Needed a walk-in shower so we had to change rooms. They were very accommodating.

Soundproofing between rooms. The pool and game room. The staff was on top of the snow removal. They even shoveled around my car.
