Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Equipe prestativa.
Pros:

Localizado em um lugar cômodo, com mercado próximo e transporte público conveniente. Além disso é possível explorar a pé a região turística da cidade.
Um agradecimento especial à equipe que foi bastante solicita e prestativa em uma ocorrência que passamos na cidade.
Estacionamento com preço reduzido por convênio com o hotel. Contudo, estar de carro alugado na cidade pode ser um problema.

Pros:

Ótimo custo-benefício. Localização muito prática para quem vai ao porto, estacionamento organizado e atendimento atencioso. Recomendo pela comodidade e pelo preço justo.

Ubicación, personal amable en general, limpieza, desayuno variado

Cons:

Muy poco personal en restaurant a toda hora,siempre colapsado, creo que es abusan del buen personal, una sola persona para atender todas las mesas me parece que solo habla de mala organización, ya que hay demasiada espera. El desayuno falta orden logístico para lineas de alimentos.

Pros:

Relación precio/calidad estupenda.
Ps: Los fds elijan habitaciones hacía el mar (en avenida Errázuriz frente al hotel hay una discoteca que dificulta mucho dormir hacia ese lado).

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar en frytas, pasteleria de más calidad, café de grano, más opciones del buffet caliente.

Excelente lugar para una escapada de fin de semana.
Pros:

Está bien ubicado, todo el personal es muy atento, las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

Cons:

Pequeños detalles que puede. Ser fácilmente mejorados (enchufe malo, una luz deficiente). El resto impecable.
