Bien aunque no dormi por ruidos de metal. Tambien se retraso la entrega de mi llave de habitación
Pros:

Las instalaciones se ven modernas y bien mantenidas. El desayuno estaba bueno.

Cons:

No dormí nada porque en el puerto estaban haciendo unos movimientos de containers que se escuchaban desde mi habitación.
Cuando hice el check-in en la recepción no me pudieron dar mi tarjeta. Me abrieron la puerta de la habitación pero no me fueron a dejar la tarjeta, tuve que llamar por telefono reclamando para que vinieran.

Es hermoso Valparaíso
Pros:

Hola, me gustó mucho más la ubicación del hotel, muy céntrico y fácil de llegar, además que el personal que me atendió fue muy amable y tienen custodia para dejar maleta en el caso de requerirlo.

Cons:

No me gustó que al bajar a las 09 de la mañana al desayuno ya quedaba menos cantidad de comida y lo otro es que la puerta so se podía abrir, no paso solo una vez, sino que cada vez que quería entrar.
