Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Cons:

Pedí una habitación con 1 cama grande y me dieron una con 2 camas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba óptimamente, entonces pasé frío. La cama no tenía “ropa de invierno” y la almohada no era suficiente, me hubieran gustado dos. Por otra parte, no hay amenidades de bienvenida (agua embotellada). En la noche pedí un late check out y no lo avisaron al turno de la mañana siguiente.
