Una cosa in cui non ci è piaciuta è stata che nella camera (se mi ricordo bene 312) in cui stavamo si è sentito troppo forte il rumore degli ascensori L unico problema è stato !

Good Stay in Ramada
Pros:

Stayed here as part of travel group. Altay was very helpful in hotel, friendly staff.

Decent location…. Easy to call cab to center of Istanbul or hour train.

Very clean good breakfast.

Revised Review- 5 star hotel - good customer service - poor spa experience
Pros:

The hotel is great. Nice big rooms and very clean. Great Wi-Fi..The location is not brilliant but there’s a metro station 3 mins away and a restaurant next door plus a shopping mall 30 mins away. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel is let down by the spa. There was no shower gel in the shower. 3 members of the spa beauty team were in the sauna eating their lunch which then made it smell. I asked about the steam room which is located in the men’s changing room - there’s not one for ladies. The man who works there said he would put it on so I could use it but it smelled of mould so he put in some eucalyptus. When I finished I opened the door to be greeted by 4 naked men. I think he should have warned them I was in there. They looked angry and rightly so. The day before when I used the sauna there were 2 staff lying down with the door open. Maybe they could have their break elsewhere. The ladies changing room does provide free lockers but charge you 200 lira for a hat. There are no seats or benches to sit on whilst getting changed and no hook in the shower to hang your towel. The manager read my initial review and contacted me to apologise and said that he had inspected the SPA area and that it is out sourced to another company. He offered me a complimentary massage which I accepted. So 5 stars for the hotel but not for the spa thus far.
